I also agree that the Duke Pet is the bet pet, I have been farming this boss since launch… 1200kc…. Nothing. no uniques. Lol Jagex’s fixes the drop table so people don’t go dry… I still go dry.

10:38 ACTUALLY it's not mathematically the same as having the ring drop be 3x as rare.... the average player will need roughly 28% more KC
As an example,
for a 1/999 drop, you're more likely than not to have it by 694 kc
for 3 1/333 drops, you're more likely than not to have all 3 by 891 kc
essentially the new mechanic means the majority of players will have a longer grind, in exchange for extreme outliers being brought in (so less likely to get spooned or go very dry). The median is worse for the new system, but standard deviation is better.
