There are 6 SATA ports on the Z800 motherboard labelled from SATA 0 to SATA 5.
Please note the labelling does not refer to the speed of the connectors, it only refers to the SATA port number.

There are 4 SATA data cables permanently connected to the SATA connectors in the hard drive bay.
They are labelled Bay 0 to Bay 3 which refers to their position in the "Hard Drive bay" with Bay 0 at the top and Bay 3 at the bottom as shown here.
With the right hand panel removed you can see how these cables are permanently connected to their specific bay number in the hard drive bay, although they can be changed around on the motherboard.
So even if cable 0 were connected to port 4 on the motherboard the data from port 4 would still be going to the "Sata connector" for cable 0 in the hard drive bay.
Which for all intents and purposes would become SATA 4
These are the "SATA data" and power supply pins on the "SATA connectors"
The other cable shown here connects to a DVD drive on the "Z800".
Cable 0 is shown here connected to the blue connector, which by convention is usually taken to be the boot drive, although it doesn't have to be.
On the "Z800" the boot drive can be almost any drive you like as long as it's set in the "BIOS"
