Rebuilding credit scores doesn't happen overnight as the data goes back six years. The impact of any negative marks will reduce after 12-18 months but in the short term you'd do best keeping away from anything involving credit. If you can get any credit cards, even high rate ones, using them but not carrying forward a balance every month (so no interest charges) will help you. Also, you should register with the three credit bureaux (you can do this for free) and track your scores every month, so you can make sure nothing 'unexpected' turns up. If you're looking for property related paths to success, perhaps deal sourcing, or linking up with someone else to get into a property deal, might be an option for you. Just some thoughts.

That said IF this could be in partnership with Assetz Exchange who rent to social lending P2P the risks could be lessened /spread multiple properties and investors still could gain.
