No offense but I purchased the bundle for both the latest pro version of Windows and Office. Unfortunately, the activation key is not working for Windows 11 Pro. The Microsoft Office did work though. 😕

Buying that windows 8 professional key from Microsoft store back when they had the launch deal was a great move on my part.
Not only did I get 100% genuine retail license for 15€ but few years later when I bought a new laptop with windows 10 home.
MSi had messed up something and it would accept my 8 key like it was supposed to do, as it was still during the official windows 10 free upgrade period.
So going from 10 home to 10 pro should have worked with my key too.
But during this Microsoft phone agent gave me 10 pro retail key to try and keep, so in the end I got two keys from that 15€ deal.
And seeing how it looks like Microsoft just accepts all keys starting from 7 on windows 10 and 11, those keys just keep adding on value.
But then again seeing that Microsoft has been doing almost nothing to actually stop these cheap vlk stores or eBay sellers, they should just start selling those licenses around 15€ themselves as well.
I mean. The fact that all keys from 7 onwards are still working on Windows 11, it kinda proves that they are making most of their money on pre made oem computers and subscription services like office 365.
So starting to sell legit keys on cheap would only make them more money in the end.

@@ivancabrera3289 in Windows 8 defense, with 3rd party start menu it was not that different from Windows 7.
And with app called Glass8 you could have even restore that beautiful aero glass theme on it.
After that it was not all that different from what Windows 7 would have been, if you had hacked the new Windows 8/10 style task manager to it.
Guess what it got patched recently....everytime i find a lifehack it s already too late ffs
you have a free update to 11 but i don't like it. back to windows 10.

It really works, Chris. I just purchased Windows 11 Pro. Saves a ton of money, and the only thing is you can only use the key on one computer. Still, a very good deal.
