Depends every week 😂 some mix of shredded wheat, puffed Kamut/rice, corn flakes, and then a "fancier" more expensive cereal. And cinnamon and raisins!!! 😋

A can! I rinse them off first - run them under cool water until the foamy bubbles disappear, it helps with gas and digestion!
