it's beneficial for meat eaters to also take a B-12 supplement because most of the vitamin is in the liver and kidneys of the animal and most don't eat those organs they only eat the meat so there's little of the B-12 vitamin in the actual meat itself. but! it's always better to get your B-12 through a supplement rather than a dead animal :)

I will become a vegetarian. but there is a lot I wonder and I thought maybe you could answer :-) I've heard throughout my adolescence that carbohydrates make you fat. but see vegetarians on youtube that eat lots of rice and pasta. is it okay to choose white rice, or should I choose varieties of whole grain? And is that a kind of "junk" food, or can i eat rice everyday? There's a lot to put myself in. but can not wait to start. Have a nice day :-) You inspire me!
+Tr 93 of course! most vegans actually prefer eating white rice because it digests better. Rice is super healthy and personally i almost eat it every day and never felt better. Just try out which one makes you feel better :)

as someone who works on a garbage truck, seeing how you bagged your recycling actually makes me cringe. you didn't even bother to tie up all the bags, and the bags that were tied up are overfull.
i wouldn't be surprised if the recycling was just thrown in with the garbage lol
