They are all incredibly talented but Igor Javad-Zade on drums is the key. Special mention for Ksenia obviously; a fabulous voice and, yes, her beauty is off the scale 😍😍😍.
She is so beautiful that I had to close my eyes when watching her sing as her beauty was overruling my ability to listen to her!

I've posted before but I am almost 80 yrs old and they make me fly. They were in concert close by last week. Of course, at my age I wouldn't fit in but in spirit I am with them. They are incredible musicians, consumate in every way, what intellect and energy. Thank you so much!!

Great band ,The real heroes in this performance was the audio engineers. They made this sound like a studio recording rather than a live performance. Love,love this group. Super quality musicians and tech folks.
I've hated cover bands for ever. They all seem to fail miserably. Then along comes Leonid and Friends, and I cannot get enough of this band. They've got it so right that it seems to be as good or even better than the originals they copy. They are a bunch of supreme musicians, with the same humour that we musicians have (It's a global musician thing) They put out their material in the way we recognise, and they do it faultlessly. And considering that they are Russian makes me realise that MUSIC CONQUERS THE EARTH. All politicians should step down. Musicians of this quality have been spreading the "word" for centuries. And all politicians want to do is end us all.
May Leonid and Friends conquer the world with their supremely wonderful music.

They're not just an ordinary band that stumbled haphazardly together like most cover bands
They are Ukrainian "cream of the crop" per se selectively hand picked almost like a super group of phenomenal performers.
Kind of like a world-class Symphony Orchestra, but for rock music
We saw them in Ft Worth. What an incredible experience. Worth lots more than we paid. A night I will never forget and just 4 rows from the stage!!!
My gosh.. every time I watch their videos I fall more and more in love with them! So spot on, it's almost better then the originals. SO much talent there!

Wow. I just ran across Leonid & Friends. Amazing! I'm a drummer in NYC. My jazz trio (Jazz Arts Trio) did a similar project -- we transcribed classic jazz piano trio recordings by Oscar Peterson, Herbie Hancock, Ahmad Jamal, Chick Corea, Keith Jarrett...and reperformed them, note for note. It's a great way to honor amazing music that is otherwise no longer played by the original performers. Bravo!! Peter Fraenkel

Greatest show on Earth! I am a 25 year musician, and I am totally blown away by Leonid and Friends!! I had the great pleasure to see them live three years ago and it was the best live concert I’ve ever seen. If you have a chance to see them they travel the US and the world You’ll experience several hours of musical, Bliss eye top-notch professions. Cheers.
Its seems this is in Germany, I have always wondered why people who dont speak english go to english concerts.
I would use exactly the same words for Mylène Farmer's past concerts - as many have done before me.
But Leonid & Friends are clearly a new star in the music sky with their repertoire.
By the way, the Lexington Lab Band is also great.

Because a wonderful German-speaking music culture has developed, especially ("Ost Rock") in East Germany, the former GDR, which many are only now discovering on CZcams, where it can hardly be heard on the radio anymore.
Wir Deutschen lieben englischsprachige Musik, weil sie hier mehr gespielt wird als die in unserer eigenen Sprache - was schade ist.
Denn besonder in Ostdeutschland, der ehemaligen DDR, hat sich eine wunderbare deutschsprachige Musikkultur ("Ost Rock") entwickelt, die viele erst jetzt auf CZcams entdecken, wo sie im Radio kaum noch zu hören ist.

AMAZING BAND!! Truly great music. I don't like cover bands who try to change or create a new sound but Leonoid and Friends play exactly as the songs were written and played by the original artists. This just takes me back to the 70's growing up in a time when life was easy, no cell phones and crap. Peace, love and rock n roll !! Ksenia is amazing ❤❤❤
Saw them in Russia on a date with the most beautiful girl I have ever kissed. We danced so much and drank so much vodka that weekend there was nothing more to do but fall in love which I did. Russians love Americans. Don’t believe the press.😮
Since I was first introduced to this amazing band I was mesmerized and still am! I'm a 70yr old fan who followed Chicago Transit Authority & now I happy to tell you I go back to my younger days when you guys perform! Thank you!😮

I have to confess to a very human weakness.... I cry ( no more like sob ) openly and uncontrollably whenever I listen to these enchanting musicians. Just cannot stop... Its exhausting... yet I watch and watch and listen and listen and cry and cry - its almost overwhelming.. ( I'm 73 for G-ds sake!) . Someone said something about the fact that these guys could be the envoys of peace and love - YES YES YES - step aside you pesky nihilistic politicians and let these delightful, super- talented and compelling folks show the way!!!! Just saw them last night. Best show ever! Loved the mix with only about half Chicago and everything from EWF, Steely Dan etc. Loved every minute. Been a long time follower on YT and even better in person. Thanks for a great evening!
I heard them live just last night in Cincinnati. You think well yeah they can sound like the originals in the studio with all the overdubs sound processing and stuff, but wow, They sound just as good live as they do in their studio recordings. They can actually play and duplicate the exact sound. Something you don't see much in music today.

The band has really grown over the years into stage performers! I miss some of the originals. But, I’m impressed with the harmonies and the guy doing Peter Cetera’s parts!!!! Tasty !!! Excellent song selection!!!
I have been a fan of Chicago for as long as I can remember.50 years later I came across this band and wow, they blew my mind. Vocals, instrumentals etc.. etc... are absolutely excellent. Keep trucking brothers.

These guys are great Leonid plucks that bass smiling like a kid in a candy store the drummer sits there not flashy with his hat pulled down like he was playing checkers in the park and just rocks, the man doesn't make mistakes and Im not sure he knows how truly great he is and well there's Ksenia enough said right and the horns just bring it all together. Everyone in this band is good together they are great.

I thought the HSCC band from Australia was the best cover band I'd ever heard, (that's including the ones I've played in), but these folks might be a step above HSCC. As a drummer and bassist myself, that drummer (really the entire band) is beyond amazing!

Show me another band that can play Chicago; Blood, Sweat and Tears; Shaka Khan; Steely Dan; Paul McCartney and Tower of Power and pull it off impeccably -- at a live concert! And not in their native tongue. They don't exist.
