You finally managed to finish the BMW X6M. There were also obstacles that you overcame very well. Your wife can look forward to a very nice vehicle that you brought back to life with attention to detail. All gaps are good, the color and finish are perfect. She will like the starry sky, it also fits perfectly with the ambient lighting of the BMW. The X5M Competition will also be a very good car again when you finish it.

Great work Val, car is coming along nicely (although it took way way to long as you already said yourself). Ask Devin to strip the powder coat off and re-powder coat the wheels for you. He has all the tools and stuff to do it quick and he owes you for your help with the Type R. I would choose a gunmetal gray (maybe with a matt finish) which I think looks better than gloss black.

My advice for you is to take the car to a BMW dealership and ask them to clear those codes. You will probably receive some updates on all vehicle software in the process and the car will be as intended.

When are you going to do videos again
When putting new battery in a BMW, You need to register it to vehicle.
And when battery is different capacity, when original battery, You need to code battery to the car.
I hope You new all this stuff and this is already done, otherwise new battery might not last long and also car can give different kind of errors.

What would you choose? Work at the regular job and make a payments for a car and be a regular and only have good 1 car? Or have regular job to support your bills and on free time you willing to put your free labor to grow your business opportunities and income in the future have better life over all? If you answered income in the future and all the good stuff that comes with it then you answer your question. If you still won't understand that means you willing to be a regular. And as you can tell I'm not regular I'm different and I'm showing people that wants to be different that they can do it.

At this point has it even been worth it money wise? All the time and parts? I mean is it still cheaper than buying a used one? Legit question, not trying to start anything but i see these around for $60k-$68K on the latest year for this model.
Then let's think about it together. Let's even say cost me $60k. Now let's see
1. I have more then ½ car x6 parts (engine, transmission, transfer case, all passenger side, rear end, full interior) free parts for 3-4 cars
2. X6M brought me roughly 100k subscribers
3. X6M brought my Instagram to 9k subs
4. X6M making $ on CZcams that pays for my editor and other stuff
5. X6M making $ on Instagram
6. I paid $2k taxes over all including registration
7. X6M paid with cash and no interest
8. I gained so much experience working with BMW.
9. X6M will never stop making $ on CZcams even after 5-10 years from now
10. X6M made my CZcams channel big enough where I can make money of sponsorship or merchandise. And ppl have ability to be part of it and support me trough.
Now let's see if my $60k investment is bad decision.

Im saying as non youtuber, even with your skills and tools, rebuilding these new cars with all the sensors and electronics seems like such a pain in the ass makes it seem not worth to rebuild.
I mean if the parts availability let's say even in the month And you have everything and can order everything and get everything in the month, well yes it's worth it. I bought it in 2019 as 2019 let's even say ½ year to rebuild it. This suv tag price was 118k back then let's even say 100k and it cost you 60k is it worth it? And plus you have over 10k in additional parts. With rebuilding for profit you have to be quick.
Might have been cheaper to just buy a used X6M
