All I'm trying to do is get my records and file grievance for what the City of Canton did to my family. I've done everything I'm supposed to on my end to do it, THEY are the ones that refuse to do what THEY are supposed to. I STILL gave a first name, STILL was treated like crap.

It used to be that " public servants" were facing the public, and could be held to account, even if it was just venting anger,so that the " idiots' would think twice about doing to others..... But government has made it policy that when you phone to complain you are stymied by auto answer. If you visit ,they lock you out .if you write ,they ignore. Etc, etc.... It's almost set up so that even the mildest mannered end up having a stroke trying to get justice. Then they have a " mailman" event and scream- see! WE NEED EXTRA PROTECTION. and round and round they go. The policy is... You will pass before you get satisfaction. And all of these mofos know it.

I will see them in court on February 21st. Truth of the matter is under Ohio Sunshine Laws, (Ohio open records) under ORC149.43, it clearly states I am allowed to remain anonymous and don't have to state purpose and I gave both to him. The city of Canton prosecutor is still trying to press disorderly on ME, for being upset about being violently attacked and repeatedly engaged.
I gave him my name. I gave him purpose. I gave him who I was there to see. How about he just put his ego aside and help a member of the public? How about he treat me with the level of respect that he demands from others? How about he gets more knowledgeable in the laws and basic statutory due processes entitled to the public he serves so that situations like this doesn't happen anymore? How about he realize that we were founded off the principal that we are SUPPOSED to check power of authority being abused by those that swore an oath to DEFEND basic civil liberties, impartial, and unbiased? You're making the wrong comments and you're asking the wrong questions. This bailiff drastically needs to be retrained and his actions are inexcusable, yet you and EVERYONE wants to focus on a NAME!?!? Tell me something....does this sound familiar...... "Let me see your papers!! You see this patch citizen?!?! OBEY AND GIVE ME YOUR PAPERS!" Is THIS what you want our country to be? YOU all may feel dictatorship, monarchy, and socialist mindset is the way to go and I should just appease and obey, but damnit, we have UNALIENABLE, GOD GIVEN RIGHTS. Meaning they are to never be infringed, impeded, trampled, interfered with, all because someone holds a position of authority or has a damn title. Only way this holds true anymore is have to exercise it sometimes. I find it concerning and pitiful that you all feel I should have just given the last name. Why?
