Awesome plans for layout room.. the hurry up and wait for items out of our hands but when done, it’s Done until next brain storm to “ skin that cat, lol” built my first bench layout in garage to transfer into house, yep, had to disassemble leg work to fit through doorway.. learn & live, laugh along the way ..🎶🎶✌️

You can put shelves underneath if you line up legs. Looks good .
Awesome space… hope you’re planning on cover the bare insulation… the mini fibers are bad for ya.. the fan blowing… health wise.. i used to insulate for a living..

lookin good! +1 to the countersink, it also prevents your screwheads causing the wood to crack. One of my favorite benchwork discoveries as well.

Great update! I may have missed it, what are the layout dimensions? Where do you plan your 'workshop area' going for model rail portion, not your art room or using same for both? Also, what are your plans for wiring as I didn't see any holes drilled in the first portions of benchwork, curious as to how you plan on doing it as I'm debating on a couple of different ways for mine. Peace!
