@@AmauriPoyntz I don’t think there are maps of the area! Roads get over-grown and rebuilt constantly. Luckily there were some houses to stop at and ask!

It was really wild! We barely saw anyone on the road most days. Not many people wanna drive through the rainforest for some reason 😂

Deforestation, or you mean something else? Weirdly all the trees we saw burning were young trees. I wish we had seen more big old trees.
How do big trucks go on those wooden bridges?
Somehow they manage! We saw some bridges broken though. Trucks also go on tiny ferries. It‘s crazy!😆
Is the road prone to animals from forest in dark or day?
I‘d say both, but the darkness is intense, so animals at night is worse because you don‘t see them well. It gets dark very fast and sometimes we hadn’t found a place to stay yet. That was always tough!
