    Q: Is the max high quality resolution for generative fill still topped at 1040 x1040px?? I haven't been able to find any new information...

    • @phlearn
      @phlearn  Před 9 měsíci +7

      Hey there! yes, the maximum resolution is 1024x1024. But you can create incremental changes to an image get better results. So for example instead of selecting the section you want to modify all at once, you can select small parts of it. This will give you a better resolution.

    HOW do you get an exact size outside? Like, if I need to fill a 6x9 size...if you're expanding OUTWARD with no size dimensions showing?

    • @phlearn
      @phlearn  Před 6 měsíci

      Hi Lisa!
      When you select the crop tool you can select the ratio to which you want to expand it to on the top left menu bar where it says "ratio".

    • @lisavento7474
      @lisavento7474 Před 6 měsíci

      @@phlearn That doesn’t work…only for ratio but when you’re trying for placement like a book cover, i had to make it side by side the cover where it’s placed and gauge it by eye so if I’m working on a 6x9….

    That's great! Thank you for all your expertise. My question is, how can you expand something from the middle of a picture/photo as a pose to from the outer edge? Like a stream in the middle of a picture. How can you widen the stream to look river, for example. Thanks again, you're amazing.👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼

    Thx v informative vid' much appreciated. Q.) Can you use crop/expand on batch imagery? (assuming you can bypass having to select on of the three image output options it generates and just havev it select the first). In my case I have fifty images in a series cropped to 1:1 and want to expand to 16:9 so given the time it takes manually doing it wondering if it can be batch rendered? (could not find any functionality to allow for this in the pull down menu's)

When I use generative expand the results are very poor and you see the edge of where its started the Fake / a.i extensions. Any tips on how to do this with more clean and accurate results ? Under "Taskbar behaviors," ensure "Show hidden icons" is turned on.

    how does the generated area print? does anyone know? will there be a quality difference compared to original pic and how to fix it?

    • @phlearn
      @phlearn  Před 7 měsíci

      Hey there! There can be a quality difference between the original image and the generated area, especially if the expansion is significant. This is because Generative Expand uses AI to create the new content, which might not perfectly match the style and detail of the original image.
