One of the best houses I have seen. It is very minimalist, with not too much of interiors done. simple, neat, spacious, elegant, stylish, awesome architecture and design. Just loved it.
I can see that the person who designed this home has an eye for pleasing class aesthetics. Unfortunately I cannot understand our native love for having a showcase kitchen and a working kitchen separately. Hope this trend changes one day to include just one functional kitchen for one family. This allows for more space if one removes the additional stove and wash basins. But still I deeply respect the high quality make of this home. The colours are also perfect.

ഇദ്ദേഹം, വന്ന enquires എല്ലാം work ആയി മാറുമെന്ന് തെറ്റിദ്ധരിച്ചാണ് പെങ്ങളോട്, 2 വർഷത്തേക്ക് work ഒന്നും എടുക്കാൻ പറ്റില്ല എന്ന് പറഞ്ഞത്. പുതിയ work ഒന്നുമില്ലാത്തതു കൊണ്ട്, പൈസ കൊടുത്തു വീണ്ടും ചെയ്യിക്കുന്ന ഒരു വീഡിയോ മാത്രമാണ് ഇത്. അല്ലെങ്കിൽ ഇത് വരെ ഇല്ലാത്ത ഒരു follow up ഉം ആയിട്ട്, അജയ് ശങ്കർ വരില്ല. പുതിയ work area മാത്രം ആയിരിക്കും ഈ Shiva ചെയ്തിരിക്കുന്നത് എന്ന് തോന്നുന്നു, കാരണം അത് അലുവായും, മത്തി കറിയും പോലെ വീടുമായി ഒട്ടും യോജിക്കാതെ നില്കുന്നു. ഈ വീടിന്റെ dining table ഒരു വൻ പരാജയം ആണ്. ഈ വീടിന്റെ store room , work area ആക്കി, അതിലൂടെ dining table ന്റെ ഉള്ളിലേക്ക് access ഉണ്ടായിരുന്നെങ്കിൽ നന്നായേനെ. ഇദ്ദേഹത്തിന്റെ show ഇൽ കൂടി പരിചയപ്പെടുത്തിയ, ഒരു interior design company ആയിട്ട് engaged ആയിട്ട്, എന്റെ ഒരു സുഹൃത്തു, ശെരിക്കും പെട്ട് പോയി. Design ചെയ്യാൻ site കാണാനോ, measurement എടുക്കാനോ, ഇവർക്ക് സമയമില്ല, നമ്മൾ എടുത്തു കൊടുത്താൽ, design ചെയ്യും പോലും. പാവത്തിന്റെ പൈസ പോയി എന്ന് പറഞ്ഞാൽ മതിയല്ലോ.
