Not a single Canadian economist who specializes in the Arctic? MLI in Parliament

There's so much potential for the economy in the arctic. I'm hopeful that the Canadian Northern Corridor Concept, or the Neestanan Utility Corridor will provide transportation infrastructure for more arctic mining, export of LNG and shipping for international trade.
