J'ai entendu de magnifiques pièces de musique jouée par un merveilleux musicien sur un orgue au son splendide 🎶💕🎵J'ai même entendu sonner les cloches 🔔🎵🎶J'ai aussi vu danser les pieds de Gert sur les pédales et ses doigts danser sur le clavier.. This grand organ is like no other instrument because it can produce so many rich varieties of sounds/stops you can use to modify the registration of your musical selections. You choose the perfect songs to go with the organs you play. You are definitely the conductor of your own orchestra. The music lives inside of you rather than on a sheet of music. Each concert is a testimony of your virtuosity and exceeds at a greater level with every performance. Thank you and your wonderful team for this awesome concert. Bless all.

When he said that organ was powerful in his last livestream, it was an understatement! The bass was awesome, and made my fingers tingle. Hard to imagine the effect in person. And that church's reverb. Great choice of program. (It must be difficult to play when the congregation sings, given those acoustics). From Chicago, U.S.A.

Het was weer een prachtig concert. Helaas kan ik het niet meer rechtstreeks zien, maar ik ben blij als ik thuiskom dat het klaar staat op You Tube. Dan kan ik voor ik naar bed ga nog even heerlijk genieten. Dank voor alle prachtige concerten!!!!
Ik heb het orgel enige malen beluisterd, voor als wel na de restauratie. Het klonk na de restauratie wat helderder.
Maar wat en instrument!
Uiteraard heb ik ook enkele cd met muziek op de instrument.

Ik heb van iedere noot genoten . Het concert was erg boeiend ! Je bent een geweldig organist, waarvan ik de ontwikkeling gaandeweg heb gevolgd! Ga door ! Ik geniet!

Prachtig concert
Indrukwekkend concert op een voor mij niet onbekend orgel. Toen het orgel nog in Rotterdam stond heb ik, als jonge knul, meerdere concerten bijgewoond. De wat zachte ronde klank kon mij altijd wel erg bekoren. Zoals je weet ben ik gek op Bach. Het gekozen prachtige stuk vind ik fraai en overtuigend klinken. Vermoedelijk door je verfijnde registratie. Verder vind ik Mendelssohn, Sibelius en Widor geweldig passen bij dit orgel. Je enthousiasme doet de rest. Heel veel dank Gert voor dit concert👌👌👍👍
Deze Bach was voor mij een hoogtepunt.Maar ook het gezicht van Gert tijdens het spelen van de meditaties!

Finlandia was voor mij de topper!.
Helaas heb ik dit niet live kunnen zien, vanwege mijn avonddienst.
Nu na twaalven zit te genieten van dit mooie concert. Prachtig op dit moment Psalm 141:2 van J. Propitius.
En er staat nog veel moois te wachten. Super mooi programma Gert, bedankt!🕧
Als 13-jarige jongen mocht ik na afloop van de voorlaatste dienst in de Nieuwe Zuiderkerk in Rotterdam, voordat deze kerk vanwege verbreding van de Westzeedijk gesloopt moest worden, met de organist (Cees Passchier) mee naar de speeltafel klimmen en kon ik zien dat het geluid zeker een volle seconde later hoorbaar was t.o.v. de aanslag. Daarom zong deze organist hard mee met de liederen! Ik herken nog "het klokje" boven de speeltafel en de naar zeggen van Cees de later toegevoegde "katrol" bij de voeten. Althans, zo heb ik dit onthouden. Het aan het kerkdak bevestigde "geluidkanaal" naar de achterkant van de kerk (gaf een heel speciaal geluidseffect) kon niet in Doesburg worden herplaatst maar verder is het orgel dacht ik ongeschonden gelukkig weer in Doesburg voor ons te beluisteren.
Gert, geweldig dat ik via jou weer van dit geweldige orgel met idd 32 voeter mag genieten.

@@dickvanderwillik7911 Wat leuk die herinneringen aan Cees Passchier. Die kende ik ook toen hij organist was in de Julianakerk in Schiedam. Als jonge knul bezocht ik hem soms na de dienst en hij speelde dan verzoeknummers. Ook heeft hij gespeeld op mijn trouwdienst. Een prima organist.

Lovely concert again, Gert. Program suits the organ very well, too. Thanks a million! 👏One note: the French word "songe" means "dream". Does that call for an adapted musical interpretation? And ahm... any chance that you play Sonata in E from M.C. Festing? (I believe you have the sheet music)

Maybe they wanted guitars and drums, or, perhaps, a nice little Viscount?
