The rivalry between all the different promoters would be perfect if their fighters fought each other more, it’d make the rivalry more intense. Having that rivalry and not working with each other due to ego is one of the worst things about boxing and jeopardises it massively.

I respect Hearn for what he's done for British boxing over the last 12 years. I think he genuinely wanted to make the big Wilder and Fury fights for AJ. But i think he is the main reason they haven't happened. Shot his mouth of at the old guard, but tbey hold sway in gl8bal boxing and they dont want to deal with him.
I get that he's a promoter and his job is to sell fights, but that can be done once the fights are signed.
