The timer for straight-out-of-the-fridge eggs seems about right. I still do about 5mins 30secs or 6mins for the soft boiled eggs. Cooked solid whites yet still soft to squish. And runny yolks. So good with hot white rice with soy sauce, and fresh chili peppers.

I know that this is not at all related to the boiled egg video which btw was grt , but I rlly want u to try a random recipe I made up. It’s called the ghost pepper and raspberry grilled cheese. I know it sounds weird , but think of it like a charcuterie board. The bread slices are the crackers , cheese is well just the cheese , the raspberry jam and ghost pepper sauce are like the spreads.
I take 2 slices of bread, spread some butter on the outside , then on the inside I spread some tart raspberry jam and ghost pepper sauce , I do the same for the other side. Then I take some cheese. U can use any cheese , I don’t like to use cheddar tho , it’s too strong. Some mild cheeses would be perfecto. Then I toast it on the pan until the cheese is melted and the bread is golden brown and perfectly toasted. I cut it up and have it(ofc into triangles). This is soooooooo amazing and HONESLTY , this is an amazing recipe if u wanna change up your regular grilled cheese. Pls do try it

might want to include what temperature the stove is also since the egg will cook at different times if the stove is at high heat, medium heat, etc. if you cook eggs for the same amount of time but at different temperatures like high heat versus low heat, it will cook the eggs differently.
