I have carried a manix in s30v and g10 handles for years. My favorite folder ever.
Honestly I think the Manix is a better knife than the PM2
I've had the Cold Steel Code 4 in cts-xhp for a couple years now and I'm using it for all my cooking and slicing while camping. It has the awesome tri-ad lock and is a really slim knife, but still fits very well in your hand

Btw. there is also a Maxamet version of one of the best folders in the world: the Spyderco Para Military 2. Unfortunately it‘s very hard to get and as the scales are also grey you have to replace them with something more fancy looking scales, which means you either have to buy another PM2 or some friging expensive third party scales.
Keep on producing high quality content and never, ever give up your childish, sometime pubertal jokes. Don‘t listen to any PC people, I think everybody of your subscribers will agree.

Sweet blade. I drilled the rivets out on mine and swapped the maxamet blade into the G10 and steel lined body of a regular Manix 2, for proper heft and balance in the hand. You also mentioned the benchmade freek in this video, so it looks like you guys are getting in to folders the right way.

Really well made video, and funny! My favorite folder is Ontario rat 1 in aus8. Edge retention is ok it's easy to sharpen, just strop mine mostly, it's not heavy for it's size and has a sharp spine. Great slicer, decent feather sticking with secondary convex, and super smooth opening. Best part is it's only $20 on Amazon. I have more expensive knives but really like this knife. Thanks for the entertaining videos 👍

My favorite folder for work is the Benchmade Loco. It is made with some pretty thick S30V and has their axis lock up.
This has to be the best production value in a knife review ever. I love you guys. (Not like that) but it did move my soul to watch this video.

Great video Gents! My favourite folder at the moment in the Fällkniven Gentleman's Pocket Knife. I have the stag handle and mates have the Desert Ironwood and Redwood. The steel isn't a good as the Maxamet - but we all know you love Fällkniven's Laminated CoS! If you haven't got one yet you should add one to your collection. And make a video, would love to see what you think about them.
Folders are great, I am owner of two. Not as great as this one presented in this episode.
Folders are EDC knife where you want to keep it discrete, on your belt, in your pocket, back pack, you name it. And they are designate for a certain tasks you do every day i.e cutting and opening boxes if only.
It is like being an owner of 4x4 and having in your garage a smart, utylity car for everyday use. Or bicycle.

I have folder knife named OKAPI made in South Africa. It had tough Lock hard to open and hard to close too it a little bigger than Mora when it fully opened it very cheap.
I have many high end production knives, love spyderco. Just got the new para 3 LW.

Benchmade Griptillian. I hated my first one when I brought it home (couldn't get past the plastic handle)... I have a few now if that means anything. If you want a reasonably priced folder you can't go wrong with a Kershaw Emmerson. Especially in states that do not allow automatic knives

One of my favorite folders that really isn’t a folder are the microtech ultra tech otf knives they’re just fun to mess with. I would love to see y’all try out the microtech otf knives and see how resilient their locking mechanism is.

A thought Spyderco knives were ugly as well, but then I lived with a PM2 for almost a year and fell in love. Form following function is what is really beautiful in a tool.
