  • Fulham 1-3 Liverpool | Post Match Reaction Show
Paul is here for The Fan Interactive show after Liverpool win 1-3 against Fulham at Craven Cottage. An outstanding free kick from Trent Alexander Arnold saw Liverpool go ahead but Fulham respond with a goal just before half time. Ryan Gravenberch’s shot from just outside the box put The Reds back on top in the second half. Diogo Jota gets the third, providing a two goal buffer and securing the three points.

Trust me . The front 3 should be when fit gakpo jota Diaz . When salah and Nunez were out early season these guys did fine

Keep in mind Darwin is an animal when played left wing. He got a goal involvement nearly every game he was on the wing. He does nothing through the centre however. My front 3 would be Darwin, Jota and Salah. Although with how it's going lately, could put Diaz in for Salah instead as he can play both wings and because Salah has been dirt

I think Dom under Amorims system would thrive. Playing behind the striker, he is playing a complete different role to what he was playing Leipzig

Based on what we’ve seen in the last few weeks Salah is stinking the gaff out. Keep him on the bench with Nunez until they find their minds again.

The goal involvements from Darwin have come when he plays on the left wing, not through the centre. We've been playing him through centre nearly every game for the last 5 and he's not doing good at all because that's not where he thrives for us.

I think it was a good performance today. Not outstanding but we found the net 3 times which is great. The only downside for me was how wasteful Gakpo was he could have set up 2 more goals but chose not to. He must do better. Otherwise on to Wednesday Never give up! YNWA

Just like two seasons previously under Klopp, we find ourselves relying on our rivals to slip up. Those two seasons saw us miss out on the title by 1 point.
Relying on rivals to slip up isn't the mark of champions elect. Why we've switched off like we have over the last several weeks is bizarre.

Start with that team again on Wednesday please. Gravenberch looked fresh and focused same with Gapko. Jota put his shooting boots back on. Elliott hard working and a little sloppy but deserved a start. Up the mighty Reds.

Paul 'people talk in absolutes' then proceeds to talk in absolutes... A better selection by Klopp, players picked on form not on 'working hard' or 'being my mate' or 'what you did 10 games ago' so that was nice. Middle of the park is still an issue, Endo got bullied all game and we don't get Trent on the ball enough, with the players we have we should be playing a double pivot but Klopp won't do it.
Gakpo was good on the left (who knew he plays there?) and Diaz was better than Salah has been for a while on the right, and we had a forward that was composed.

Did Szobo really refuse to make a run, then pass the ball to the opponent when confronted about it, then make an half hearted attempt to track back, and did ABSOLUTELY NOTHING to stop the cross?!?! I can take him being bad, but not putting in effort as a sub doesn't do it for me.

Supporters need to stop moaning about certain players, wanting rid. What our new manager does with them next season, nobody knows. Certain players may thrive under a new system. No matter what, let's just enjoy Klopps last 5 games

New coach is watching too. Harvey and Wataru definitely going on the chopping block. Harvey is a good player. Want to win against City, Arsenal, Madrid and the likes? Not good enough and not really a way to improve much with his physical limitations either. Endo, what a warrior. What a season. Compete with the best midfielders in the world though?

@@ir1041 Exactly mate. Our fanbase must be the most entitled and fickle fanbase in football. These tourists are horrible. They don't support the team unless we win. Everyone will be playing under different system, with our new manager. If it's Amorim, Elliot running behind the striker, might suit him. Every player will have a different role
