Myron is my Godfather and it’s so great to still be able to see him playing at his best captured in CZcams. It’s so hard to believe he’s been gone for 18 years now!!! But these clips bring joy to my heart!!!

Tico-Tico is NOT supposed to be anywhere near that fast. Welk had the habit of having most of the "faster music" on his show being played "ridiculously fast" If i recall, even the 'Bumble-Bee" is supposed to be a tad slower than what was just played. Whatever Welk said, Myron and friends had to do........or else.

Update...........Tico Tico 'original tempo" was written as 108 bpm I think Bumble Bee was around 125.......almost double Tico
