Well done. You can buy a tripod stand to keep your camera or phone so that it will be steady . . The video was just shaking through out the 8 mins. Your lighting too was poor in some parts.The tripod stand can allow you use both hands to demonstrate. You will get better with time.

Weldone ma, Is only geniue corn and soya bean that grind together. Can baby of three to four months feed with. Thanks ma
