Thank you so much for the simple and tasty recipes Chef Pasquale! I'm a university student and I really love cooking with your recipes. I really love the humor in your videos and it makes them such a joy to watch! Your English is just fine and I don't see a problem as long as the viewers can understand you. Too bad I can't find "oh yeah babies" around here, so I just use dried chili flakes instead. Keep up the good work! I wish you health and happiness! :)

Surprised you added grated cheese at the last minute. Most Italian cookbooks tell you to avoid adding grated cheese to a dish that has fish in it...in this case, anchovies. Other recipes I've seen for this dish avoid the cheese. But I really like how you blend the pasta with the sauce. Just enough sauce.

Grande Pasquale! It look delicious and with that apreciated homemade look. I'm still waiting that naysayers upload their own recipes.
I guess their annoyance is because the tomatoes did not come out of a can, full of sugars and trans fatty shit LOL. Macaroni and cheese with ketchup is good enough for them.

Chef Pasquale: You didn't say if those were calamata olives or the canned american olives. Chef, I think you need to tell people to keep the water at a rolling boil when you make pasta and make sure they use enough water and also to turn a couple of times during cooking. A few of my friends were having the same problems. I will be making your pasta tomorrow. How many anchovies do you use? Thanks. Marie
