Made this dish this evening. Added some shrimp on a side dish (didn’t want to change the flavors in this). Holy moly, didn’t expect to love this so much. So simple, but so damn good. Never cooked with anchovies before. I’m certain that was the difference maker. Love this Italian grandpa. Miss mine…

PASQUALE THE DOCTORS TOLD ME I WOULD DIE 32 FROM HARDENING OF THE ARTERIES. NO CURE. MY DAD SAID DRINK A GLASS OF SWEET RED WINE EVERY DAY, SO I DID. WENT BACK 5 YRS. LATER TO BE TESTED. NO MORE HARDENING OF THE ARTERIES. I'M 61 AND STILL TEACHING MY CHILDREN ABOUT FATHER GOD & JESUS. LOVE YOU BROTHER 💘

if you like sardines, then you will probably like anchovies, but anchovies have a little bit of a stronger taste. Hope you give it a try!

Pasquale, the next time you are going to make your homemade sauce I would be happy to drive down at my own expense and help you cut up the tomatoes. You could do a video on watching paint dry and I would watch over and over.

BIG fan of anchovies with spaghetti!!
Quick trick to slicing cherry tomatoes all at once.....place tomatoes on a plastic lid (like from a Cool Whip container). Place another lid on top of tomatoes. Hold the top lid down with one hand, and run your knife through all the tomatoes with one single slice!
