My partner goes though a lot of mental health issues everyday and I stay positive for him and we are each other comfort. My partner says he feels guilty and you can not help it so never feel guilty. I had to have similar conversations with my husband. I became bedridden 8 years ago and my mental health took a battering because of it. My husband did everything for me but he really suffered having to see me so sick and so depressed. We came out of it stronger than ever and our relationship is better than ever. I was in an abusive relationship from 16-17, and he was into drugs and just absolutely awful, so nasty and really knocked me down and made me feel like I would never be good enough for anyone!! Like you, I’m now 25 and married to my husband who I’ve been with for 7 and a half years and couldn’t believe I found someone like him when I did, like you did with Spencer! And like you both, I’ve never felt so complete, and we are now expecting our first baby!! You two are so amazing, and your definitely my kind of girl and so a like! Take care lovely! Xx

I had to have similar conversations with my husband. I became bedridden 8 years ago and my mental health took a battering because of it. My husband did everything for me but he really suffered having to see me so sick and so depressed. We came out of it stronger than ever and our relationship is better than ever. It makes yo7 so grateful for having someone there for you. I’m so glad you have each other.
