Hey for all you guys who are calling these people legal kidnappers I would ask you to look at it from a different perspective. I only share this story to show a prospective I dont want any pitty. I grew up in a very abusive home. My mom was a stripper and a heroin addict. My dad was a coke dealer. My parents freinds would come over and beat us and abuse us also. Me and my siblings had no trust in adults at all. 2 of my siblings ended up in the hospital because of lack of food and at that point child protective services entered our lives. I remember my case worker being the first grownup I could ever trust. She talked to us and She brought us food some all the time on weekends because she new that we didnt eat when we didnt have school lunches. It took 2 months of hell for us to finally be removed from that hell of a household. I loved my CPS case worker. I am now a marine corps infantryman and when I get out I would like to work in child protective services to help all the kids who's lost hope in grownups. I want them to know that even though they cant defended themselves but I can defend them

Im so sorry you had such a childhood, and I'm glad you had such a good worker because that really does make all the difference when it comes to children who really do need help. Unfortunately that doesn't seem to be the case much these days. There are actual statistics that support DCFS/CAS doing more harm than good, especially when it comes to POC, and native women & children. The system was developed back in the day with the best of intentions, but has turned into (basically) nothing but the bleak reality of putting a number (as well as a price) on a child and then stuffing them into an overloaded, overworked & inherently broken 'system'.

Josh Webb ok then, government ran child abductors. I don't give a fuck what you say. Ever heard of Carlos Morales? There are to many ex DCFS/CPS agents out there who quit for good reason and now they are telling the truth about what is really going on. Different perspective. hahahahaha... Here is a perspective for ya door knob. Pedophilia! Ever heard if that? How about $60,000 per child snatched from a good home? How about murder of innocent children by DCFS/CPS? One child is to many by YOUR agency! How about medical induced silence by your agency? That's being reported on also. The more meds can be forced upon a kid by your loving agency, the more money you can make. How disturbing is that! Every one of you so called agents need to run and hide, FAST!!!!

I lost respect with social workers ages ago. My mother worked for them they would pay her to go to the bad neighborhoods to take reports because they were too afraid to go in the hood. My mom would ask me to go with her. I would take the day off work and go. I saw some crazy stuff...I don't know what the heck the social workers did with the reports my mom wrote but it's obvious the children's department are not doing their jobs. The higher ups are living comfortably in their homes and big paychecks while children like Gabriel Fernandez are being tortured to death, the system is blood guilty. They have to answer to God!!!! And that they will!!

I researched this law in 1987-1988 and couldn’t even find the “author” of this sick and satanic law man! The person, man or woman, must have been real slick to get this law passed through the CA State Assembly back in time. Huh? You do your homework! Go try to find out what person instituted this satanic law and corrupt law into existence. That’s what you and your education can do woman. But when you become that CPS social worker, that you want to become, don’t lie now.
