CPS at my door 1 of 2

  • Trying to make a case;
This case-worker who drove a RANGE ROVER to my house that day ended up quitting. Another case-worker called us some weeks later and told us that she was dropping the case. She sent my wife and I each a letter saying that all accusations were "ruled out".
They had no case. I knew that they did not have a case because I had not abused my kids. There could be no evidence without a crime.
People, if you do not stand up for your rights, you basically have none.
My house is my CASTLE. I have a Legion of angels (The Bible, the Constitution, Federal Law, State Law, UCC, etc.) protecting it. Unless they can show a claim against it, (rent receipts, unpaid taxes, unpaid loans, etc.), no man can HONORABLY cross my moat unless I invite them (consent) or forfeit jurisdiction (warrant) by committing some crime such as assaulting someone, their property, or breaking contract.
I had just a few hours to prepare. I had herd of CPS and was quite willing to consent. But when I looked them up on the web, I discovered that though they started off with a good cause they had morphed into a beast with a reputation of the following: kidnapping for government funds; Taking people's children without due process of law; A prominent senator investigating them lost her seat and was MURDERED; In addition, our Great State of Texas was trying to dismantle them for all the atrocities the had been CONVICTED of committing.
I viewed them as a real THREAT against my family.
As a matter of fact I was still preparing when they rang my door bell. You can hear the TV in the back ground at the end of part 1 of 2 as I did not have the chance to stop my investigations on CZcams.
Fortunately, I was quick enough to write down some things from my investigations and set up my camera on a tripod.
As a matter of PRINCIPLE, I invited them to enter on condition that they had a case (warrant). We the PEOPLE ordained the government. This government employee is my servant. I am not going to allow my servant to breach my peace, exceed her jurisdiction and take control of my property when I am not GUILTY.
Know this: Unless we consent, they cannot enter! Our government is using lies and guns to scare us into consenting to them taking liberties on us.
That's the key: Too many of us are letting our government do whatever they want, exceeding the authority that we gave them. In many ways, our government is raping us! We have them believing that they are GOD. This has to stop!
If we did nothing wrong, they have no right to breach our peace. If they are attacking you and you are not guilty, I hope the following advice helps:
    1. Never loose your cool - Act like their boss: In fact, your taxes pay their salary
    2. Retain control by asking questions: Answer questions with questions
    3. Do not make statements: If you have to lead with "I believe" or "I was told"
    4. Be honorable by tell them they can enter UPON proof of due process (verified Warrant or Court Order)
    5. Intimidate them: Hold a clip board, take notes and record the encounter with a cellphone.
    Cheers and good tidings.

@@TheWingsoffury but this isn’t a criminal case. I know it’s fucked up, I’m not saying I agree with it; but in most states it’s a felony for the dcf worker to tell them who made the report. Also, more than 70 percent of the reports that dcf investigates turn out to be false alarms, and most of the time are closed within 30 days. From there they’re usually filled at the clearing house database and forgotten. Dcf records aren’t even public, especially when they don’t find any evidence of abuse. Them coming to your house doesn’t mean that they think you are abusive, it just means that someone called and made a report that they HAVE to investigate, and like I said more than 70 percent of those reports are bogus. They can’t stop bogus reports, the only thing they can do is investigate, find nothing and then close the case.

@@leprechaun3677 just because a judge does whatever cps says doesn't make it ok. They just made it legal to kidnap children. Do you know how they get their funding? From removing children. Ever since that was started, removal numbers skyrocketed. I've seen so many cases where the judge takes cps side no matter what the evidence shows. No parent should be ok with what is going on. Most of the people that support them have a false sense of "this would never happen to me because...." I used to feel the same way. I used to say they only remove kids from bad parents and they deserve it. But that is so far from the truth. This system is so corrupt. Cps is needed. There are children that need cps. But most of the time those kids fall through the cracks while cps is nitpicking on families that don't need their services. it needs to be reformed yesterday. It doesn't scare you that at any moment you could piss off the wrong person and they retaliate by calling in on you? They call in something bad enough and guess what happens...you are guilty until proven innocent and your kids go to complete strangers while you jump through a million hoops to prove you are a good parent. By the time they get to come back home your kids are already traumatized. If you get them back at all. That scares the crap out of me. It should scare every parent in America. The poor ones at least. What about the safety and rights of kids??? He is More worried about who called on him than the safety of his kid. Did anybody think there is a possibility that repercussions could happen to a kid that is being abused if the abuser is called out and the child is left there? Nope, everyone is praising this person for knowing his rights. If you have nothing to hide answer the question and get to the bottom of it to make sure nothing really is happening. This is crap.

Exactly right. But state it on camera, and succinctly. “Come back when you have a warrant signed by a judge”. Nothing else can compel you to allow entry. The cops will sometimes use a “welfare check” to see the kids, but you only have to show the kids thru a window. Better yet, Invest in a lockable storm door made of glass over the front door. Keep it locked before you open the door. Show the children to cps… “now youve seen them, but youre not coming in my house without a warrant”. The worst part is cps will go to public schools and ask to interview the children. And say “dont tell your parents”. This is why so many kids have been pulled out of public schools and homeschooled, because of gov interference.

I'm going to start going around to every single CPS building there is and Performing First Amendment audits. I just found out recently that CPS has been forging court order documents making it seem like a judge has been signing off on being able to enter into homes and remove children. Some lady out in Texas exposed the whole thing. Last year CPS did this to me once I seen the video of that lady who exposed the whole cps scandal I started looking into my paperwork..guess what? the signature that was on the forms did not even come from a judge! PIECE OF CRAP TYRANTS!
supposedly they came to my house because of the videos that I put on CZcams. They said it was child endangerment just because I go out filming cops and holding them accountable

Tell her let's go to court so your lawyer can cross examine her under oath.

just came across your own recorded encounters, Great job. I was, a few years ago, very interested in these situations and similar woes that we find in todays society and even though my interest has waned i must make mention of your own conduct and advice, both being exemplary examples of how to handle these bully boy outfits which truly have run wild and need some form of derailing, for they have carried off far too many lives to much poorer states of existence often in the most cruelest of ways....just .like a ponzi scheme they need new customers/clients to grow and continue...a real world truth of evil cloaked within the disguise of help. again great job defending your family your honour your life.. at the time i was interested in these things, I and I alone had to do the same...

If your children are in a public school, and u refuse to let them speak to your child at home..they will go to their school and pull the child from class and speak to them. It’s sad. They’re pathetic. Sadly, they aren’t going after the parents who don’t need their children...

Yes they will. They'll go without you knowing. They'll speak to them without any adult present. They'll ask leading questions. Etc.

People need to start answering the door carrying a gun these days. I no longer recommend children in a marriage. CPS has caused this by disallowing spankings when needed.

I really like how calm and direct you were. These pieces of shit want to take your kids no matter what just to put a feather in their cap. They dont give a shit about the kids

I think the first thing you should do is say you want to call a lawyer, as tempting as it probably is to talk.
