Conclusion: never make a corporal a ruler of an industrialised county!.... or any country for that matter!!
I love that the videos are good quality, you can acc here the actors and actresses and you can comment. It's amazing
I only wish this series had been around when I was learning history!
mats laugh, gets me every time XD
i agree!!! XD
Goodness these guards talk so loud they will wake Adolf and goes to a nice castle near in the Austrian Alps
My favorite is the general of the 21st panzer div, who left to Paris to spend some quality times with his mistress. Without telling anyone.
Laurence nailed that german at 2:05
Loved it please more! Not laughed so mu h since that show Springtime for Hitler and by God that was funny.xxxxxxkeep it up I. A fan now
I feel like it would be funnier if a Downfall parody was intersected in between their argument.
How tf has Horrible histories got the swastika and a 18+ game called Battlefield 5 hasn't got any.
Most likely because swastika's are not allowed in Germany unless for education and EA does not want to make 2 versions because that would hurt their bottom line.
The title had me laughing from the start it’s preposterous , don’t wake the commander in chief lmao 🤣 not like it’s his job or anything
That private seems to have a bit of difficulty understanding the concept of "rank", the guy who came out with Hitler's breakfast orders is a second lieutenant...
I think that private didn't give a damn at the time and neither would I.
Used to love watching this before school in a morning
Funny how if Rommel had just had a worse relationship with his wife things might have turned out very differently
I really hope this is exactly how it went down when they were contemplating whether or not to wake Hitler
Tube up his nose, tube up his nose
"Rommel had taken time off for his wife's birthday"
My oh my, Such a powerful Wife OwO I sure hope my husband would do the same! Haha!
That's an SS officer, he'll most likely return home expecting his wife to do everything for him lmao.
@@GattoPNG what Rommel wasn't apart of the SS, in fact he hated those fuckers.
Wow, no wonder he lost the war!
Randomly in my recommended
is really fun, see the soldier who wanted to warn the fuhrer, the D-DAY.
its so funny to me that sehr is very in german and they keep saying sehr
Enjoying marmalade might not be the worst thing about Hitler.
But it’s close.
This is why it’s important to be nice some people say having friends is overrated but from this we learn that teams should trust each other if he had been a nicer boss mabye they would have had the guts to wake him up and tell him this is also why being evil is bad since his evil got him killed
Remember the days you could actually make fun of Nazis?
Ya still can?
@@norbertsreignofterror9418 Go onto a social media site, and make a joke about Nazis. Real Nazis, not who you think is a Nazi. Then, record the result, and report your findings. I'll wait.
@@mattevans4377 im not really active enough to do such an 'experiment'. while i do agree theres a bit of a sensitivity issue atm, things like Jojo rabbit are still massive hits and being produced so in that context im not really getting where you're coming from.
I suppose some people just cant take historical/dark humour but they're pansies. Sometimes the media blows up over an obvious joke but i think in general you shouldnt have a problem with making fun *of* nazis. Most content a lot of whining is about is mostly jokes surounding certain ww2 contexts. Which is of course bullshit and invalid.
@@mattevans4377 lmao mate you're living in a fantasy world, of course you can still make fun of Nazis Christ almighty just cus you read it on 4chan doesn't mean it's true
@@Cozsack if this was aired today, social media would lose their shit and this would probs get cancelled. Trust me, first hand experience, making fun of anything controversial gets you in alot of shit
I've often wondered what happened to the cast of 'Allo 'Allo
That is hilarious. I hate marmalade+ I have never tried an apple strudel. I like the use of stupid in there ( Dumkorf)
*Dummkopf
Excellent, love horrible histories forever 💙
You can tell he's the baddie because there's a skull in his hat
Haha hilarious, And for Stalin even worse, Frequently shooting his generals and most loyal subjects!
Since in HH they put on an accent depending on where the character is from, the question I have is if e.g. in a German show they were representing English people, would they speak German with an English accent?
That one actually suits Stalin much more :D His guards were trully terified of him.
It suits Hitler just as much if not more.
Yes but it would be a bit deep to go into the mental state of a Soviet leader in a kids show don't you think?
@@willcatherall8159 More than a Nazi monster?
Haha, almost- dummkopf. Nice translating :) (I've seen some really weird translations of 'dummkopf'...)
Why oh why did we just NOW see these videos.
This is every British child's childhoods
This was a children's programme. Fantastic lol
Nowadays they wouldn't be able to do this
Jim's laugh is hilarious! And Larry awesome as ever! For a Hitler parody this is good, but "Obersalzberg", from a German Comedy show, is unbeaten ;)
I love how the messenger's hat is just aN RAF cap with the skull and eagle on it
Speaking of RAF a few cadet squadrons (incluiding mine) got a presentation by terry dearry
He's not actually sleeping, he's just yelling about whatever on the Internet
I miss horrible histories 🙁
True story: I have watched this video about a hundred times. A few months later, I took a vacation with my family to Disney World where they have these areas called pavilions set up to look like many different countries. In the Germany pavilion, they were selling apple strudel. After watching this so many times, a craving for apple strudel just set in and I had to have it.
Was there an England pavilion?
A sad fact is you wouldn't be able to write something like this today, it's be banned for hateful imagery or something similair
They’re still making horrible histories you dimwit.
The ‘Adolf’s Room’ sign 😂
Well now that’s an understatement.😂
When Hitler woke up he actually got really exited that the invasion had finely come
I didn't get to sleep last night either...
I guess this takes early bird gets the worm to a whole new level
It's not false information, it's merely making light of a serious subject. When the second world war was in progress, the British people kept up moral by showing funny films of Hitler being a cock, Nazis goose stepping to funny music etc.
Horrible histories was such a great book and the show was even better
This is such an underrated show
A lot to be said about the UK if this is the level of their kids tv shows.
Surely with all this laughing/impressions outside Hitler's bedroom he would have woken up anyway...
