- Hey everyone and welcome back to more Scrap Mechanic! Today we are finally going to go through and unbox all the crates we have in order to get new clothes for our mechanic! We've been running around in multiplayer looking like a fresh spawn so its about time we get some of those premium clothing items!

Just to let you know that you can use wasd in the dress bot to view you character
In case anyone didn't know middle click (M3) and drag will halve a stack for you in the inventory. Saves a ton of time!

I really wish you could just have no backpack. Maybe in the future, if they don't already, they could have a leather messenger bag. Maybe a pinstripe suit and or a tweed sport jacket.

You know how farmbots can lower the lift if they attack it? What if you just held down the button to raise it. Put something heavy on the key, and never worry about the safety of your vehicle again.
Don't You have to be in a certain range to raise/lower the lift though?
Didn't know it works global; granted never tried it - I think lol
If you have enough farmbots they might be able to still lower it faster than you can raise it
@@Null8fuenf10 I have no idea. I have the game, but haven't played it yet since the survival update. I more enjoy watching kAN (and occasionally others) playing, and seeing how they will go about solving certain problems.

I'm guessing that all unlocks have the same chance of being picked, but there's simply so many more shirts, and not many pants, so you get more from one category than another.

You should have another Dress Bot to reduce the waiting time for each gear/garment box opening. Always make 2 Bot exemplaries (or more) to cut from your waiting time.
This is like me IRL. I just buy shirts with all sorts of designs, ranging from DOOM pentagrams, to RT Paint Crowd, to a nice pic of Sifyro.
Also got a Creeper, Aw Man shirt.

"Face" should be its own category, where you could unlock other glasses, shades, goggles, a monocle, masks, etc. Really, the sky's the limit when it comes to accessories.
Now load a backup with this map and open the garment boxes again, it works, amd you'll have the already unboxed clothes and some more boxes
Love the epic ragdoll dismounts in the epic cotton timelapse
Next episode you should make a crane for automatic loading of dwarves, food crates and resource collectors
Looks like you got really unlucky on your drops! Pants and backpacks do drop out of the common boxes I believe

If you use the movement keys in the wardrobe you can move the camera around your character

I feel your pain, took me a long dang time to GET SOME FREAKING PANTS!
They need CZcamsr clothes. Like a garbage can for kAN and a shirt that says “Paint your Bearings”. For Scrapman they could have something like “Delayed Annihilation” (except that’s a trailmakers meme).
I'm a fan of the purple dress shirt with the coveralls, was rocking that until I found pants. Also, broccoli + farmers = purple clothing boxes, might be faster than warehouse raids.
From a person that has all clothing unlocked:
Yes, *some* do come in sets (hazmat suit, golf suit, lumberjack outfit, painter outfit,...), but most of them are just mix and match stuff. Well, all of them can be mix and match, but you get what I mean.
I just made my own set sort of if you want to ask.
I’ve never seen someone more stoked at the chance to receive pants.
About time you got some new clothes. Those ones were starting to stink of potatoes.

Hello kan, just wanted to tell you that as a little tip you can use a loot bag (that u drop when u die) and leave it in your base. The indicator has infinite range and never respawns.

I did the math, you need 82 garment boxes to get all the clothing. If you only need common garment boxes to get everything, which cost 5 cotton each, then it would cost 410 cotton. But since you already opened 26, then you only need 56 more! That’s gonna take a while.
The rarity by name and color goes like this: common (white, grey or green), rare (blue), epic (purple), and legendary ( gold, yellow, or orange). There are other types like ultra-rare and mythic but these are the most used

Multiplayer monday idea: vehicle that makes you ragdoll the furthest either by driving or catapulting.
I was thinking about the caged people .. you rescue them with the farmer but if you look at the farmer's house, isn't it a little bit smaller to contain all that mob of people inside?
What if the farmer is in need of some meat to make a good meal with all the vegetable you gived to him? maybe some human/dwarf caged meat.
This may turn the game in to an horror in a sec. :D
I don’t think anyone else got nearly as many shirts as you. Everyone else got a pretty even spread
You should do maybe another 2 more clothing raids and 2 more clothing unpacking vids? I'm super curious what all they have for options? Also maybe try going on a different server for other clothes? I've been watching other people's runs of single player and they seem to get other stuff more commonly then you are? But I'd love to see more warehouse runs as well as maybe more boats? Just regular ol boats? Almost no one on scrap mechanic has really messed with water at all you could almost create a submarine that goes underwater if you have the bubble blocks on a piston so when you raise the piston with bubble blocks your creation of heavier material drops below the water line? Just food for thought

I waited until just a couple days ago to finally make a dress-bot because I don't really care about things like clothing that only changes appearance. Plus I didn't want to spend 10 component kits on it.
But I finally had a bit of a surplus so I made the dress-bot and unlocked all of the clothing I collected.
Turns out though, that if you play the game on more than one system, such as I do, if you unlock everything on your Desktop PC for instance, it WON'T be unlocked when you play the SAME save on your laptop, and vice-versa.
So even though I have a bunch of clothes unlocked when I play on my PC, I am still running around in ripped up rags when I play the same save file on my laptop.

Make a device that launches you, and then you have to hit some targets while in the air with the spudgun.

Just a theory here, but the fact you didn’t get any pants might be related to you having chosen “none” in the pants option. The game has to give you a clothing item you don’t have yet, so it could be possible that it bugs out if you choose “none” somewhere.

To pick up farmers, you can hold right mouse button and they go in your inventory (Watch what sqiddy does in his vids.)
I like how you've just kept carrying around a toilet everywhere you go for so long. LMAO
when you put the creation on the lift so the farmbots don't get to your creation, you can put the bottom of the lift on the top of the car, so the farmbots won't even be able to attack the lift.

Hey kan love your videos please be careful when farming broccoli and pineapple they take 2 days to grow without fertiliser and the 2nd night spawns a boss. If you do it 3 nights in a row 3 bosses can spawn

If your going to raid a warehouse you should make a cook bot as it would allow you to use the veg to make a veggie burger to sate your hunger and thirst alot more than radishes.

The have a seat shirt nearly works with the overalls. Maybe the "Moonbo" connection tool one would look better.
Cool boots though. I have tons of shoes, none look suitable for a mechanic.
