17/19/22/23/31/32/34/35 Level 2 Thumb Lever, I couldn't force the gun it all the way in to engage the lock. Fortunately, your video gave me some other choices.

Lenny thanks for creating a badass holster for my Glock 27 gen 4. I got the $35 clip holster item#T1532L-C even dough it says its for the G26 its ok because now i have another option if i ever buy a G26 gen4, so its for iwb im a right hand strong so i bought the left hand holster and man i tell you what i love how it feels and works keep up the badass work. much love from Grand Prairie, Texas .

Holster for subcompact P80 with RMR and suppressor sights It’s been a real pain to find a fit.
My Polymer 80 compact fits into most Glock 19 holsters....actually I haven’t come across a Glock holster that my P80 won’t fit in. Actually my polymer sub compact will also fit in G19 holsters as well as G26 holsters.
So all these holsters are for the G19? None are P80C specific?
i have the 17 frame with XC-2 and safariland 7Ts series holsters part number 7390-8327-411 will fit .. if your gonna use any ALS holster .. make sure your slide doesn't have Front serr. i have a brownells slide and the front serrs get caught sometimes so i had to take some sandpaper to the area for a lil touch up

Anyone tried the trex arms, light compatible raptor holster with the polymer80c? Definitely want one, but I don't want to blow $90 on a holster that doesn't fit.
Do note that the Poly 80 - WILL NOT - work with kydex holders that fully cover the trigger guard. YMMW but all the ones I have tried do not work. The one he showed does not cover the bottom of the trigger guard where the hook sticks out a little more than a factory glock.
dremel will fix that stupid hook

I put my gun in a Ziploc bag and put it in the holster after I've mink oil the inside of the holster. I didn't store the gun like. After a while it will loosen. And then my gun fits perfect.
Aliengear cloak tuck 3.0 for glock 30 fits the p4940c perfect!
what about for a glock 17 slide ?
Won't fit in the MIC or Vanguard. The trigger guard is definitely wider than the stock Glock lower. But great to know there are lots of options!
won't fit in the Advanced Mini Concealment Holster because of that wide trigger guard either

Mark Morrison idk if anyone’s answered you about this but yes they are. You have to put a serial number on the frame first before building. Then fill out an amendment to your pistol permit first. Under manufacturer you put “homemade”. As soon as it’s on your permit then you’re free to start your build. That came from the pistol permit bureau directly.

My p80 G19 fits my $20 Glock 19 holster perfectly. Its made by B.B.F. Make and a kydex holster.
Leather holster run some hot water on it not boiling just good and warm fit your firearms pull it out and let it dry good to go
..jam it in and out of there about a hundred times..

Gadsden Jim yes I am my holster fits perfect and is molded around the trigger guard very tight and that extra nob will probably interfere. Probably why he didn't show a holster like that. Go ahead and shake your head idiot, I have a very valid question!

I have an Alien gear Kydex holster for g19/23. And it will not fit. The trigger Gaurd comes down too far.
Hawkeye 37 that's what I figured. I also have an Alien gear holster as well as a few other with tight kydex.

What exactly is it about the polymer80 that prevents it from fitting standard g19 holsters?
i have a t.rex sidecar (full kydex) and it won't get past the bottom front of the trigger guard. in my stealthgear ventcore (hybrid) it goes into place, but you have to kind of shimmy it for it to fit right. i don't think it matters, but those are both holsters for APLc lights, and i don't have the APLc on my poly80...it doesn't tighten down proper for me. i also have a cheapo fobus paddle holster, and it doesn't seem to want to go in there...i think it's something to do with the rail on that one...super tight fit on a normal g19 though. hth.
The sides above the rail on the frame and trigger guard are thicker then the standard glock frames
Josh Duffek. Light bearing holsters typically use the light to hold on to more than anything else. No light, no retention.
_Suburban_ a lot of the times holsters actually use the trigger guard as a retention system, which is why the 80% don't fit. It's got a wider/ thicker trigger gaurd

Public Enemy #1 G17's don't fit inside the G21 Blackhawk level 3 light bear holster, moves around inside it even with it locked into it and hood closed, BUT it doesn't come out when you yank and pull on it.
Any plans for a 80% G 26?
Last time I inquired about the new frame options they were developing they told me they were going to update the G17 sized frame first using the updates on the new compact model. Then they are going to move onto the G20/21 sized frame for .45acp and 10mm users. I would imagine they would go with a baby glock sized frame after the G20/21. That could be quite a long while though considering the development time/cost on each one.

They are being sold here, 80% and complete ones also.
there is no federal or state laws agianst someone who is allowed to own a firearm, building one. might get some unwanted attention from cops especially in cali, but im gonna assume you have nothing to hide so it shouldnt matter

Sorry guys I just saw this , I will do my best to describe What i did for My friend If not I can make a video when I’m back home in a few months .
But if you look at the trigger guard on the p80 where it dips down that I found is the primary place of friction . What I ended up doing Cutting the bottom of the Sherpa holster where the trigger guard goes. You end up with a 1/8 thick x 3/4 x 1” flat piece of plastic in your hand when your done.
I’m totally just typing this from memory.
full of shit... it doesn't fit in any good kydex but there is a great way to fix it. Get a heat gun on low and move it around the trigger guard. then mold it with gloved hands. works great after that.
