The 43x is not the same profile as the 19 it’s closer to a 26 upper and a 19 lower in profile. The 48 is much closer to the 19 in profile.

9:32 I got autistic about cerakoting. I cerakote EVERYTHING! Ive cerakoted my Glock slides, My shadow systems is on its 4th color now (because I like to try different colors), it actually has Graphite Black on it right now lol. Use C-series! I know C-series is more so for high temperatures but Ive noticed that C series takes the best beating out of any cerakote. H-series is at the lowest, Elite series as in the middle and I put C-series at the top for turablilty. I cerakoted my YHM Turbo T2 Magpul FDE aswell as my Vortex Micro 3x Magnifier and they just wont scratch. When I travel with my guns, they dont go in a fancy pelican. They go in a giant toate on wheels and everything moves around and scratches up but C-Series REALLY holds up! Test it on a gun and do alot of holster draws with one and see how you like it. The only down side is the 5 day cure. You cant put it in an oven but after about a few hours you can touch it but its not fully cured for 5 days but its worth the wait time

On the Glock 26, the grip situation is easily and best solved by swapping out the mag baseplate with a Pearce PG-26 that perfectly accommodates your pinky and allows for a perfect grip.

Theres no striations on the front….I got a new gen 5 and thought it was fake or something bc it has the same thing but apparently the first ones out the factory didnt have front striations…

The Gen 5 Glock 17L long slide looks interesting but I'll stick with my Gen 3 Glock 1934 long slide. It's a Glock 19 fitted with a Glock 34 slide with a Lone Wolf Distributor 19XL barrel and a LWD slide adaptor.

THANK YOU, LENNY! I had watched other CZcams videos about replacing the trigger spring (which is all I needed to do right now), and they didn't leave me feeling very confident. Then I found your videos. I've watched several of them, and you have a great way of clearly explaining how to do stuff! But there's one thing I could add that some people might find helpful. Maybe it's because I was working on an older (Gen-2) Glock 22, but during reassembly I was having a lot of trouble lining up the holes to insert the locking block pin, so I came up with this little trick. I used a file to put a small bevel on the end of a 9/32" brass punch. Then I lined up the holes as well as I could by sight and inserted the punch from the left side. This held the holes in alignment so I could start the pin from the opposite side, pushing the punch out as the pin went in. Works great!
