- We are always looking for ways to improve grip and make the shooting experience more comfortable. After using this wrap on my personal Glock 43X for the past month, I can confidently say it is the most comfortable grip I have ever experienced.
Let's start a conversation in the comments! I read every single comment!

I am still using this on my EDC Glock 43X and you'll more than likely continue to see it in future videos.
Waitn on my gold conversion barrel still
18 minutes talking about grip tape and I watched it twice. 😂 Lenny is the man.
always enjoyed looking at a well muscled man or woman. especially veins bulging on the biceps. I was like that 50 years ago when I was a teenager into bodybuilding and gymnastics and then... life happened. Went into the Navy and life. 🙂Spine injury does not allow me that for many years. 😞
I guess you're just into rambling and repetition. So, which are you, sales or marketing?
@@lenzielenski3276 marketing
God bless you!
you need help.
Improve can be made for install by having the backing tape perforated/cut at the centerline. That way you can partially remove, starting at centerline, while the fingers are still covered before you begin the overlap.
Talon grips have done this for ages!
This dude could sell a snowball to an Eskimo. 👍
I have the rubberised Talon Grips on my Glocks for 5 years plus, really great product and no signs of wear and tear.
Right, I have been using Talon for years. Talon rocks. I do not know what he has. This prick is having money problems, I think. I doubt he has much traffic in Nashville. That is why he is putting out a new video every other day.. I love Nashville. Great culture. I am not stopping at this whorehouse.
Same. Both rubber and sandpaper Talons have been great. I think Hickok45 turned me onto it.
These don’t look bad, could be more comfortable, but everyone’s hands/grip are different. Haven’t checked on these but Talons are still under $20.
I had a history professor that talked the way Lenny does. I could listen to him forever.
Lenny is like the ShamWow guy but for Glock.
For real
Yeah, all smoke and mirrors for profit.
Billy Mays 😄 I'm sure he used to go snow skiing in San Diego, too
@@Wakie_Wakie God bless him. That man could sell snow to Eskimos. PT Barnam would be proud.
I must admit I bought 1 ,and I put it on backwards ,So I bought Another 1 And put it on correctly !! Boy do I sure like it !!! Thank you for turning us on to that, Pretty darn cool !!!!
Cloth tape as in baseball bat/tennis racket grip tape. Wrap it around the bottom of the grip a few times and one layer around the rest of the grip. Your hand will be snug as a bug in a rug.
Lenny is like the Bob Ross of Glocks. I could listen to him all day although I'm a Walther guy. Might buy a glock in the future just because of those videos 😅
Lenny Magill is always entertaining to watch. You guys should make a tribute GLOCK to Gaston himself.
Just 2 words. Hogue Handall
Had mine on my G17 for 30 years.
I totally agree. I have them on all of my Glocks
After several years they get loose and slide around.
@@LS1007 After 30 years I'll buy a new one. However, I suspect your problem stems from excessive lubrication run amok.
@@lenzielenski3276 No excess lubrication, just been on many years. I’m going to replace it with Talon Grips.
I use Wilson tennis racket wrap on all my guns. Walmart has it cheap and you can wrap it thin or build up your grip. Love the stuff.
Great info
I like it
You are a hell of a sellsman
Here in Californistan Lenny was always extremely helpful and really has a work ethic. He moved and we miss the guy. Oceanbob.
What about me? In The Netherlands (Europe) we are not allowed to even own firearms!😢
@@AntonioCaruso906no one in the US really cares about what you can do in the Netherlands or any other country honestly.
Lenny, I’ll be getting some of that for my gen5 glock 26 mos. yeah, I’m old and still edc the baby glock, one of the GOATS !
I purchased my original Glock 17 in the late eighties (1987 I think) and in 1992 I added a Hogue HandALL rubberized sleeve. It is still on my gun to this day and after multiple thousands of rounds fired, is still going strong.
Great info and I have been following you for a long time even though I don’t comment
I use talon grip on my baby glock and hogue grip on my shield9. Looks like an interesting grip. I might just buy one just to try it out.
def still sticking with my Hogue grip huge difference on my grip!
That's what I got on my G2C. I love it 😊
Mr. Glock, Talon Grips has been around for years. I have had them on my carry for 5 years and still work very well.
I have it on my Glock 34 & all my firearms.
The Black Rubber
Talon Pro Grip all the way. I replace mine every year (I shoot about 10k rounds a year) and absolutely love them.
Check out handle it grips that are cheaper and owned by a veteran. They have many different versions and colors I have two sets on my Glocks I love them.
The Glocks I have are the Gen 4 G17 MOS, G21 MOS, G22 MOS, G34 MOS, G41 MOS, G47 MOS, and the Gen 3 G25. I had modded my G17 after I bought off my Dad. What I did was bought a factory MOS slide for the 17 changed slides. When I was younger and bought I a 2.5lb trigger on it. That gun works great 115 grain up to 147 grain ammo. After I modded it does not run as well with lower than 115 grain.
Talon grips have a “pro” version that is rubberized, and speckled - its sooooo goood. I can’t belive how locked in my grip is just like you describe- in think you described the experience enhancements perfectly
hogue grip sleeve works great to
Can't wait to try it out on my own Glock.
Very nice 👍🏾
Definitely get the sandpaper version for carry . I just wear a thin undershirt anyway so I'm not worried about tearing up my shirt either.
Grip tape does give an edge when shooting 💯
These should be treated like Talon grips. Use a hairdryer as the last part of the install. The heat will help with the adhesive.
It would be 100% better if they split the backing down the middle so you can remove 1 side at a time and not have all the adhesive exposed at the same time
Hey whats up. You should tell them to split the paper you pull off down the middle like a band-aid for easier removal and applying the product
Talon grips are the only grips I would add if I wanted to add something
How well does it come off? I find that I like to keep changing my G30 every 6 months or so.
My EDC is Glock 30S I had the sand paper grips. They lasted about 15 hours. I used them at the range I was really impressed. Well I went work and walking around my shirt kept getting stuck on my back the grip tape was pulling up my shirt. I had to pull them off, how about the rubber? is that different?
Here’s to 30 more. Cheers 🍻🥂
Hey lenny ima pay you a visit when i go to Nashville btw where can i find you're g43x set up specially the slide is sick tho
I have no doubt it's a good product but still like my Hogue grip on my 43X
5:49 PAUSE lol. Great product!
I knew someone was going to point that out.
What’s the difference between polymer and silica ?
What brand are these grip tape
What band are those grip tape
Is it better than the sandpaper type grip that I have from talon?
That looks to smooth with sweaty hands. May slip.
Criminals use duct tape.
30S application as well?
Is or can the 43x be purchased/modded ambidextrous for the slid for us lefties
Hockey tape ftw
I gotta disagree Lenny, i honestly love the sandpaper grips for carry. It doesn’t “hurt” or “annoy” me at all. It literally locks my hands in, and is perfect if you don’t wanna get a stipple job. However ur right the tape usually starts to warp and slip after a while and the tape glue starts to melt. If this defgrip is even half as good as the sandpaper style and doesn’t slip off the gun after awhile, then i will absolutely have to try this. I’m an advocate for insanely aggressive stippling for carry guns, I could care less if it “hurts” (which 9/10 it doesnt) but for my non stippled frames this might work wonders. Is there a sandpaper version? Thanks for this video!
Lol my bad just finished the video and saw there is a sandpaper option too. Thanks Lenny, will have to give these a shot! (Pun intended 😂)
I wanna know just how many limp wristed, no grip strength pistol shooters there are? If you can't hang onto your gun with your hands dripping wet, get a different gun or try some exercise. This is such a non-issue as to be a really bad joke.
@@lenzielenski3276lmao bruh… it’s cool when you go to the range and plink your 20-50 rounds… but when you shoot an average of 300-800 rounds or take a class in the 85-95deg heat, running these guns with the same “first 30rounds grip strength” for hours on end becomes tiresome. Not to mention, I’ll take EVERY bit of practical enhancement(s) to my carry guns to give me the advantage in a fight. It should NEVER be a fair fight, and as Dave Spaulding said… “if you’re not cheating in a gunfight, you’re not trying hard enough to win.”
Miss me with the “I’m holier than thou because I can hold my stock gun in its stock configuration for 20 rounds.” Both max michel and Eric Graufel AND Bob Vogel use grip enhancements… of some form. Guess they’re a joke too right? 😂😂😂🤦♂️🤦♂️🤦♂️
@@SullyCortez You're talking to the wrong audience. I used to go to the range 3x a week shooting at least 100 founds EACH through a minimum of 4 guns. Often more. This in CA where 100+ temps are normal and common. Only stopped when my hearing was suffering too much.
Don't know any of those jokers, I'm a Rob Leatham Jeff Cooper generation guy. I'm also betting Jerry M. doesn't have any such thing on his guns. If you think it gives you an advantageyou do you. Just don't believe for a second it really means anything.
@@lenzielenski3276 ahhhh it makes sense now. Jeff cooper era got it. When “real men only carried a .45” and “slow down to get your hits” was the mentality at the forefront of pistol teaching. We’ve advanced since then friend, and utilizing some form of non permanent grip texture to aid in your shooting ability doesn’t make you any less of a “man” or any less of an accomplished shooter. What it “means”, is that you like the feel of the grip and it helps you retain control over the gun… which is what matters most individually. Yes a “good grip” can be done with a stock gun that has shitty grip texture like the Glocks, however why not use em if they help you? What about the 84yr old arthritic grandma who can’t bear down on the gun with significant grip strength? Or the 21yr old female who doesn’t have the strength or time to train 3x a week in 100 deg California heat shooting in excess of 900+ rounds (which seems like an AWFUL lot in a week to me 😂)? Should they “exercise more” or do you maybe think adhesive grip texture could possibly help them out?
Oh and do 10 seconds of research on who Bob Vogel & Eric Graufel are… believe they’ve both outshot Latham if I’m not mistaken
Hogue grips for the win…
Will you be selling this in your shop? If so I'm buying one. My sandpaper grip I bought from you is rough.
Put it on the 43x. Love the feel. Ordered for the 44 but .... I don't consider close to $40 with shipping cheap... Just sayin'
🔥👍
I'll stick with my Talon's 👍
Link to product or name of product???
Lenny knows, we buy. lol
I really like the idea of the material but it would be nice if it looked a little cleaner. More like Talon or something.
Seriously I can scroll CZcams trying to find a video, BUT for whatever reason I’ll just click on a GS video no matter the topic.
Lenny just has that effect.
I guess it’s a weird ASMR-type of thing. Calm talking about a gun with light gun sounds.
GOON TAPE SUPREMACY!😤😤🤣🤣🤣🤣
I would change the title from "cheap" to "inexpensive." Cheap sounds wrong to me.
This makes we want to develop a product just to pitch it to Lenny !
You should!
Lenny I love & respect you and the merchandise that you provide for us.
This SHIT LOOKS UGLY ! IT WOULD LOOK LIKE MY GLOCK CAME APART AND I WENT TO LOWES TO GET A FAST FIX ! I CANT DO THIS ONE !
I don’t give a rats ass about grip tape but I just like to watch Lenny pitch it. Gotta love Lenny!
Cheap, no bueno!
Inexpensive, muy bien!
Eh? Mr. G.S.¿
Orange cleaners have OIL in them. Lol
Next there will be a finger grip accessory, thank God Glock stopped that crap, why not just make a wide black rubber band. 🍻
Do they make these for p365?
What? Asking the Glock Store about Sig parts? Ask a Chevy dealer if he has any parts for a Ford! 🤣🤣🤣
I just want a small 9mm glock to carry in a fanny bag in front of me. I will probably shoot 1 clip/magazine to see how it handles and what it feels like to me and then that will be it and into the pouch it will go. I have no other need or use for a gun except for self protection or others. What should I get? 🙄
Oof… please get some training friend. This is the worst mindset to have. If you think you’re ready to carry because you put 20 rounds through the gun and then stick it in a pouch and on the day you’re gonna “rise to the occasion” and “handle your business” in a deadly force encounter you are REALLY setting yourself up for failure. Ask Jared Reston how that mindset turned out. You need to practice as OFTEN as you can (maybe 1-2 times a week) and get so good with that fanny pack pistol that John Wick would shit his pants if he saw you shoot. Remember… novices practice till they get it right… pros practice till they can’t get it wrong.
@@SullyCortez never heard of jared reston. Did he work at mcdonalds or some other fast food place? 😁😁
@@SullyCortez is jared in my town? I don't know him so I can't ask him or is he dead because he did not train like you think everyone should train? you do know we are in a recession and gas is more than twice since 2020...right and everything is skyhi double the price. So who could afford a gun let alone the gas and the prices for a gun range and ammo? Hopefully after the new year. 😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍go brandon.
@@JohnSmith-uy7sv no he’s a former LEO that talks about how he was shot several times and survived because of mindset. HIGHLY recommend watching his seminar which you can find here on YT
@@SullyCortez Why would I search and research and listen to something that you recommend because you don't like my mindset about expensive practice? Send me the money and I'll go. I'm old and retired and can't work anymore. Consider it a funeral gift. 🤣 Then I can go have some fun at your expense. If it makes you happy. Lenny doesn't care. He's never answered any of my comments. I respect opinion on many things, but first what kind of gun I should buy. 😂
Handleit Grips for the win 🥇
So they reinvented talons grips and fox grips along with the many other ones out there… I have had the fox rubber grips on my Glock for years along with talon.
This isn’t game changing as they say it’s old tech
I don't think your Glock parts are as good as you claim. I spent $250 for one of your barrel's. After 100rds I could barely hit the target at 10yds. The stock barrel I took out is much more accurate. I bought the new one because I liked the silver barrel, but I will have to go back to the original. Prices are very high also...
my skin marks very easy so this would be better for me
Got a nasty wrinkle at the top by the pin
Forgive me but Talan grips are way better !!
Then you haven’t tried the HandleIt grips Edge series
👍🏻👍🏻🇺🇸🇺🇸💯💯🔫🔫☕️☕️
We don’t want to see Lenny rubbed raw
Talon grips are overpriced, use handle it they're cheaper and owned by a veteran.
Talon grips are 19.99 & 21.99 OVERPRICED ??? 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣 ahhh NO!
@@modus_operandi2508 considering handle it grips are better and only 10 and 13 yeah, you dum b kids believe everything you see on the internet 🤡
Handle it always has coupon codes that bring their price to lower than Talon’s, do your research
hockey tape will suffice. this looks a bit ugly.
That looks terrible and the interlace will peel like that. Very poor design choice. I’ll stick with Talon
I have a 43, and its grip could sure use some help, but your grip is so damn ugly! It looks like you wrapped it in tape.
Sorry, I don't like the look. I prefer stock anyway .
Who cares about looks, it’s making sure the gun doesn’t move in your hands
Use super glue....that'll fix it😂😂😂
@@roberttkentthat’s just being stupid. Cmon now. Some people like smaller women and arthritic grandmas have a hard time with grip. YOU may like a stock gun, but some people need additional aid in making sure the gun doesn’t move aroud in their grip.
Hmmmm…. Somewhat interesting but no thanks. Another sticky solution for a problem that doesn’t need a solution in my opinion.
Talon Grips are the original and this is NOT Innovative and unique at all...
That looks like crap🤦🏻♂️
Those things are ugly. I’ll stick with Talon
Essentially looks like Electrical tape.
Pro is best I've used
