I agree. It is possible he can see shapes, but back in 50's/60's it would have been easier for him and his parents to just say he has zero vision, because otherwise people wouldn't understand. Since then it has stuck and it would be near to impossible to change that story without serious social / career retribution.

I hate the “Stevie wonder isn’t blind” theory so much, it’s extremely offensive. That being said, people often mistake blindness for “not seeing absolutely anything”, when there are varying degrees of blindness! Some blind people can identify very vague shapes, outlines, some only identify solids, some have a blurred vision type of blindness. We don’t know exactly how his disability affects him, mostly because as a BLIND MAN, he wouldn’t know how to compare his vision (or lack there of) to a normal persons seeing ability. So yeah, I agree 100% that this theory is just outright ableism

One thing I’ve learned is that most people think through the medical model of disability which means the individual believes the disability is what disabled a person. The dumbest part of the whole "Stevie Wonder can see!" thing is that most blind people aren't 100% blind. Being legally blind just means that you're vision is impaired past a certain threshold. Some blind people can see general outlines and fuzzy shapes. Some can't see much more than changes in light level. Some can't see at all.
Lol. it's extra offensive because it shows how little those people know about what the blind experience is actually like for most of that community.

No one, there was a camera mounted outside to get the shot.
"How is the flag waving?"
There is a cross bar. In a vacuum, when you twist a similar flag, it behaves in an identical manner to the flag shown in the moon landing footage and takes a surprising amount of time for the movement to stop. This has been tested and verified. Incidentally, the flag on the moon looks absolutely nothing like a normal flag waving in the breeze.
"What's the deal with the shadows"
Uneven topography affects how shadows look. This has been tested and proven many times.
Every single point raised about this alleged hoax has been put to the sword on countless occasions. Conspiracy theorists are intellectually dishonest and incapable of objective thought. They start with a conclusion and work backwards, cherry picking things or outright misrepresenting it to bolster their claims. The lie makes them feel special so they ignore the truth.
You too watched that particular episode of mythbusters
Information bias. People choose what they want to believe and the "facts" that support their theory. Same with flat earthers. No matter how much proof we show, they continue to spiral. I'm opening minded, but I like to have little tethered thoughts to keep me grounded. "Well, Ive never been to space so I havent seen Earth as a whole, but the facts around me tell me that it is round and that is good enough for me." Keep an open mind, just dont ignore facts - add them to your thoughts so you can continue to progress.

Nicholas Cage being a vampire is one of the dumbest and most funniest theories I've ever heard. I don't think the moon landing was faked but what do we know right? I also don't think Avril is a clone. She grew up and grew out of her style preferences when she got older. And it's normal. Maybe people's style preferences change when they're older. I know mine have. I also heard that her being goth wasn't her choice. It was her label that forced her to dress that way. She never liked those looks. I think she just got tired of it and wanted to dress the way she wanted to dress and not have her label tell her what to do, which is why her appearance and style changed so much.
