I don't think bluey would be affected by the wga as it's a show made from Australia, Disney doesn't have input on the writing of it. They have distribution rights which is why it's on Disney+, and in the credits it has the bbc logo

@@mechapython9898 same with doctor who, Disney will be the home of the newer ones starting this year with the 60th anniversary. But cause that's in England it's a different writers build than what's here.
But some actors that work in bluey might be Americans. Just remember Sonic 3 has to film without the actors because the actors are part of the WGA and are American while all of the sonic live action/animated movie is filmed in UK, not everyone in every cartoon, shows, or anything that is filmed in Canada, UK, Europe and other countries have the same actors who are in those places/area, some people could be American, Asian, or any other language. So meaning some bluey actors or writers might be part of it. Only if there supporting it.

in the RUIN DLC,When Glamrock Freddy appeared in the RUIN DLC before he gets up and chases after Cassie, look closely at his feet and you will see the word 'PROTOTYPE' on one of his feet meaning that this isn't the real Freddy and he must've been buried in the Pizza plex away from everyone but when the Pizza plex was shook by the Earthquake his body was found and thought to be the original
And if we go back to the true ending in security breach the real Freddy escaped with Gregory
