The guy that made a billion dollars saying "whoopass" and "Hell yeah" and "I just kicked your ass" can't go a minute without swearing? Gee, who'dathunkit?
Here's a wrestling fail, Cornette thinking that what worked in the South in the mid 80's is what the WWF should have kept doing in the late 90's. If Cornette had his way back in the day, there would be not Attitude Era, which would have resulted in the WWF getting put out of business by WCW.
@Build not Destroy The Attitude Era is remembered for a few people, and forgotten for the majority of it, which was cringey and did a lot of shit that prior territories went out of business for doing. Some of those things included finishes that were not clean, too much interference, lame shit the refs missed, etc. Aside from guys like Steve, The Rock, and the top of the card, the rest was a bunch of cringey, shitty gimmicks. Nothing that was "popular" in the 90s was original, and most of it was done better in the 80s. ECW basically watched those first couple Starrcades (83-85), which were bloody as hell, and thought every match should be what Paul's recollection of those were.
When a promotion was dying, they would hotshot the territory to (1) make as much exit money as possible and (2) kill the town for everyone else. The Attitude Era was the hotshotting of the entire industry. They killed the entire business and nobody wants to watch it anymore and nobody can make any money off it anymore. So no, the Attitude Era did not save the business, it killed it. Those who recognized it for what it was, like Cornette, tried to prevent it, but marks wanted Sports Entertainment, which is exactly what they got. Now they have neither, because Pro Wrestling is neither a sport nor entertainment anymore.
@@RockandrollNegro LOL, it “killed the business” in your (well actually Cornettes, which you’re regurgitating) distorted view of that term. Meanwhile the WWE is now a global powerhouse , a publicly traded company worth billions of dollars. Without the Attitude Era, the company may not exist now.
Cornette is best for business
That's a fact he has the great mind love and passion for it awesome comment 😎✊
I can listen to Jimmy's old wrestling stories all day long, keep them coming Jimmy.
“It’s always bad when you see a hand come up”… hilarious 😂
Stone cold can't talk a minute without swearing.
Neither can Cornette usually.
He only swears on the Unleashed episodes. He doesn't swear in the family friendly episodes.

A lot of people think cornette is old school or out of touch but the man knows his shit. I could and have listened to him for hours.
Botches are my favorites. Doesn't detract from the business. They're human. Makes us feel closer to them lol.
Sure Droz thought that 😂
@@lf67hh28 Fair point. I don't want anyone getting injured.
Lawler asked Dundee what happened when he saw a woman getting helped up and Dundee said "i think i run her over".
