Following pregnancy, I observed my hairfall but I remained calm. I acted to remedy it. I chose a wellness-focused approach.
I took care of my diet, having nutrient-rich foods, especially those high in Vitamin E and Protein.
I exercised daily and engaged in yoga for stress control.
I just stayed away from tight hairstyles and stopped using heated hair tools to prevent hair stress.
I even started applying LittleExtrra Coconion hair oil and shampoo combined with a neem wood comb.
The result was hairfall control and the return of my hair.
