I love my Street Bob...I have the 2019!
It's good to see you back at work. Always enjoy your vlogs, but missed the HD reviews. Ride safe!!
I picked up my 2020 Street Bob yesterday. Love the feel of the bike. Going to swap on California bars and a cafe racer style fairing. Love the look.
Thank you, I've been waiting for a Street Bob video since the tail end of 2019.
I have a 48, if i get something else in the future will be the treet bob or the standard 🙂
Nice bike, this and the soft tail standard are my two favorites
Excellent review on the Street Bob. Will definitely check it out on my next visit to the U.S.👍
Love The Video Yes The Street Bob or Standard are Great Bikes But i Got a Great Deal on a 2019 Softail Slim about a Month Ago and Love That Bike...Your Right Ryda Got To Love Your Bike or Will Not Go Out and Ride.
Love the video and you pointed out great things about the bike.
Purchased a 2019 street bob in this exact color 1 week ago as my started bike! Couldn't love it anymore!
Nice. Congrats. Ride safe
Great review!! Thanks
like the little eyes on your helmet. Thanks for the great review btw.
Tak In Chan thanks. 🤙🏼
This was the first bike a I fell in love with but everyone was telling me not to pull the trigger on it. Everyone told me to get a Honda rebel. I still haven’t bought a bike yet but this video gave me the confidence to feel free to make the choice my self. Thank you
Definitely make your own choices. Never listen to someone else. I’ve learned by making that mistake. You won’t be happy with others decisions but you can always tell them if they think the Honda Rebel is the perfect bike for you then you are accepting free bikes and donations. lol.
My fav bike !
Love the bob mate, that colour is one of my favourites
👍🏼
Thank you for another excellent video. This was the video that turned me into a StreetBob fan (and an Infinit Ryda fan lol.) IMO, the FXBB/FXST are excellent starter bikes, and I agree with you 💯. Get the bike you want. I’m not faulting anyone for starting out on a 250, a 500, a 750, an 883 or a 1200. Displacement is important, BUT the respect that you have for the machine you’re sitting on, the practice you put in, and the technique you use are way more important. For a newer rider, the weight of the bike is more important than the displacement, so I would be careful about starting out on a 900 pound bike. But again, respect for the power and size, proper technique and regular practice, can and will overcome the size and displacement of the bike. I did the MSF at an HD dealership, then bought a Street Bob as my first bike ever. I follow the motovloggers, and I practice regularly. I love it and I always wanna ride. I agree: The StreetBob, at 655 pounds, is perfect for most newer riders.
👍🏼
I'll be buying one soon. Thank you. Just finished the msf course

I sat on this at Independence a couple of weeks ago. Daniel let me start it up and I hope I can convince my wife to be OK with it by the 4th!
It's a good ride.
Thank you so much I’ve been debating if I should get this bike or a “beginner bike” this video made my choice so much easier to make.
Glad I could help out
Did you get it ? How is and was it for your beginner bike? I’m about to buy one
Awesome video thanks im looking into learning how to ride being a little fluffy i cant see my self on a sportster I was thinking about a Heritage as a first bike
I’ll be reviewing the Heritage for new rider soon.
Great video! That’s actually going to be my first bike! I can’t wait to pick it up at independence Harley-Davidson
Let's ride one day
josue CH I just bought the one he’s riding yesterday!
@@andychuerta bro that's great!!! Congratulations
josue CH thank you
I rode my 94 FXDL for over a 100k miles, bought it new, got myself a 2022 FXBBS recently. This bike will run circles around my old Dyna.
Really? I want a Dyna Low Rider S myself
really enjoyed this video. as a new rider who just got my endorsement in Nov., i really want this bike-but not sure if i can afford it just yet so i might have to go the sporty right simply because of money.
The sporty is an amazing machine. That’s what I ride.
I just got a softail standard! Basically the same motorcycle, and I love it! I’m making videos on the upgrades I do.
Will Furner torn between the two! Really like the paint on the street
Love mine too!! putting on the forward controls just made it 100% better. raised the tank 2 inches, and instead of having chrome accents I'm going with black, mirrors, axle nut covers, gas cap, and while it is in storage, black 12 inch Skinnyz handle bars from Dean Speed Custom.
It is sooo enjoyable to ride, the power of the M8 107 is awesome!!!
How do you find the rear brake?
Gunna go get my first bike in the next few months and i have a feeling there gunna try to tell me to get a sportster ( smaller guy) which I DO NOT want!
i grew up riding dirtbikes a bit, owned a yamaha fz07 for a year and want to move to a harley. 5'10 and a buck 40 so not a big guy. the iron 1200 is a bit narrow for my liking and i love how this bike looks but dont want to be in over my head not so much worried about the power as much as the overall size and weight of the bike.
ZayLehr this would actually be a good option. It’s the next step after the Sporty. A buddy of mine has this bike and I think he may be shorter than you.
@@theinfinitryda appreciate the advice
For someone that is 6 foot, 280lbs would this be a good first bike? Im taking the CMSP course next month. Im thinking of getting this bike, the 883, or the soft tail standard.
Does your opinion of this bike being appropriate for a beginner change af all now that the new model has the 114?
I'm considering the Street Bob and the Triumph Bonneville T120 as a beginner. Which do you believe would be better?
As a new rider, I love this cruiser and the ST standard, and I'm pretty tired of the sportsters being pushed on me. Maybe they work for most new riders but it just wasn't for me when I sat on it. The ergonomics didn't feel right but the street bob and the standard feel amazing. But they are hardly ever recommended as a "beginner friendly" bike, so I really appreciate your review. It was honest and straightforward.
You should get what you really want
Like the vlog, what are you thoughts on breakouts as first bike?
No spoilers. Lol. I’m doing a video on that soon.
i want that speedo so bad for my iron i hate the narwhal tusk of a speedo on mine
Oh you're a friend of Miles? Subbed.
Yes.
Bro make a video about the Fat Boy 114 how it’s feels and everything else about it 🙏
Done. Lol
New Rider here and Beginner, I just got a 2020 FXBB Street Bob and have a question regarding the clutch and gear shifting, I noticed when I pull the clutch in all the way, and half click up you hear it click but the Neutral light "N" doesn't seem to illuminate. I even make sure I am in first gear and repeat the step by pulling the clutch in and going down on the gear shifter to first, then half click to Neutral, hear the click but no indication with the light showing "N". However IF I do the same process with out holding the clutch in, I am able to go to Neutral with the "N" does illuminate.
Sounds like it’s just sensitive. Try that and let the clutch go slowly and see if the bikes moves. If it doesn’t it’s in neutral
Yeah seems a bit sensitive but its working. Thanks
Never ridden a bike period. I took the Msf course back in November and passed it. I was looking at iron 883 but I had a feeling I was a little tall for it. I’m 6’2 and I went to a Harley dealership and sat on one. I was a little cramped and I was approached by the general manager actually and talked about the bike. I was asking about financing a bike. He actually told me street bob would actually suit me better. I did let him know I was a new rider and never ridden before. He told me I would be fine and wouldn’t get bored. Now I know the engine is bigger than iron 883. So my question is, is this bike a good bike to own as a beginner bike and a newer rider with only riding experience is from the msf course? I don’t want something too powerful but yet I don’t want something I’m going to get bored with
You’ll be fine with the street bob
I’m in the same situation as you, what did you need up getting after all ?
What did you get?
Looking to upgrade from a Sportster 1200C. I’m 5’3” would you recommend the Street Bob or Soft tail?
Janette House I’d say the slim
Thsts the bike i want
I’ll be soon taking the MSF, have see your videos on the Series, Iron 1200 and this, I’ll be a new rider, after 40years, 😂, had that feeling always of riding a bike. Have see different opinions on the bikes, the street bobber is the bike I like the most, I don’t want to get something and get bored and loose money later. For someone that will be conscious of the power it makes, it seems it’s more comfortable overall than the 1200, which is the other bike I was looking, is that correct?, also I’m 5’8”, will this bike be an issue? Great video IR 👍
That is correct. And this bike will not be an issue. Remember you control the power.
The Infinit Ryda thanks IR
Taking the riding course soon. Any advice on shifting? For some reaosn im nervous about shifting
Just relax and listen to the instructor. You’ll do fine.
Is the good for us 6’+ 200lbs just coming from the MSF?
It’s one you can keep long term. If it’s good for someone coming from the MFS class determines how you did in class.
Are the brakes, especially the rear one is as bad as many say? If so, how to remedy that?
The brakes are fine
You just have to break in the rear, once it's bed in its a good rear brake
I just wish the street bobs had a analog speedometer
Yeah I like analog
What’s the top speed in the street bobs 2017-2020
I think it’s around 115
New street bob s with 114 Next year ?
Let me ride it. Lol
Better the slim or the sb?
Slim in my opinion
@@theinfinitryda I’ll go for it. Decided. Thanks.
Is it normal for a 2020 street bob to have a loud clunk into 1st gear?
Yes. That how Harley transmissions are. All of them do that.

NOT A GOOD OPTION FOR A NEW RIDER!!! you will hurt yourself if you are not experienced on this bike..ITS SNAPPY AF...hit a bump and it will leave you. Too RESPONSIVE for a new rider!
A.B. Totally agree. WTH is wrong with this reviewer? A 114 on the lightest frame is good for a new rider??? No, just no. New riders, beware you WILL drop THIS bike, a few times. Worse, there is a very strong risk you will lose control at key points and do something that gets you hurt. This is a bike you have to already have good habits formed in order to ride safely.
