I fasted 30 days, a week & half in God supernaturally heeled me of my social anxiety & my dependancy on antidepressants. Right after studying the word & a long prayer. I got out my car, went back in from my lunch break at work & I knew something felt different. From that point I started talking to everybody comfortably & then when I was outside I greeted strangers & neighbors I never talked to willingly, I felt confident without anxiety triggering my body. I never felt this level of freedom from my anxiety even on medication which I was on & off of my whole life since a teenager. I threw away the medication & months later it hasn't changed. Imagine I thought I was gon be dependant on medication my whole life, I been on fire for God ever since!! He's the greatest !!!

Day one of my three day fast
I just started my 3 days fast today and the lord led me to the book of Esther. A confirmation for the fast.

I hadn't done a 3-day dry fast for 4 years...fell pregnant 4 years ago and when my baby was born, I breastfed him for 3 years and I stopped breastfeeding when I tried to do a 3-day dry fast, I didn't make it past 24 hours. End of March 2024 after Easter Sunday, I commited to a 3-day dry fast starting 1st April 2024. In my midnight prayers I was on chapter 22 in the book of Isaiah and verse 22 jumped out for me and for me it was confirmation of what God already had planned for me and I knew then in my spirit that my 3-day fast was not going to be in vain. I'm on day 2 today on the 2nd of April 2024 and it's not easy but I'm pushing through...a 3-day fast's potent and it requires us to use the strength of God to push through. God's always faithful. Thank you Pastor Ike for your spirit filled message. I pray in agreement with you for all of us who understand the power of prayer and fasting in Jesus mighty name. Amen. Glory. Hallelujah.

Sis, that's OK! We are not perfect beings! What we have to do is recognize where we sinned, Confess it to God, repent, and ask for forgiveness, and He will forgive us! God is not out to punish us because we messed up. Thank God for His Mercy and Grace are renewed daily!
Lord God, I thank you for the grace and mercy you have over my Sister in Christ life today! I thank you that she is no longer covered in bondage of disappointment or disobedience but Lord God, that she has put on her new man (Holy Spirit) and is made right with you! Absolutely believe in the number 3; glad you started and I pray that you gain so much insight from your fast. God downloaded sooo much to me this year when I went on a 14-day fast and he showed me how he wanted me to share my testimonies and now I am started my CZcams channel just to do so. I’m not Christian, but this was a beautiful message for spiritual fasting. So much is being said about fasting for weight loss, that it’s become an exercise in vanity. We need to return to the original and highest intention for fasting, and you’ve made a good case for that.
Second day of my 21 days of fasting it was not easy coz is my first time but wen I face temptation I pray for God to give me strength to overcome it nd I forget about that temptation nd focus on my God. Here I am

I am listening to this sermon in August 2022 and am so blessed by it. I am in a place of confusion, stagnation, wondering why am here or whether the promises of God still hold.....but am encouraged to humble myself before God in fasting to get the hidden secrets of God for my glorification. It was when the disciples where in prayer and fasting that the Holy Spirit gave the instruction to set aside Saul and Barnabus. Therefore God will give me direction for my assignment and purpose for I believe like Esther I am not ordinary. I may not have had a divine encounter but I am marked and chosen by God for such a time as this for the good works set before me. I am encouraged to fast at a personal level

I'm here 2023 Dec 15th day one I'm greatful.
I always looked at fasting as a strict thing. I didn’t always know what to give up when fasting, but I’m learning that fasting is necessary when we want God to move in our lives and let Him handle it. I need a breakthrough in my finances and I am starting my fast to sacrifice my time to spend more time with God and I’m also sacrificing certain foods because lately I have been having the spirit of gluttony. I felt the Daniel fast is something that relates to my situation because I need understanding.
Completed my Ester fast 29/05/23 ended on the 02/06/23

I never learned much about fasting growing up in church. It's not even taught in my current church. I've been learning on my own because I want to be obedient and learn how to truly depend on God and grow in my faith. This is the message I need to hear. I will have to listen again. ❤

I’m on day 15 of my 40 days fasting and this is the confirmation and sermon I needed. Even thou I’ve fasted took a break from all social media platforms I didn’t feel how I thought I’m supposed to feel I didn’t feel connected to the Holy Spirit I was tempted to give up. But I’m grateful for this sermon because I’m now moving in understanding “Mission Possible” I also now under that I don’t have to be strong this fasting is where I bring all my weaknesses to God for him to give me strength I have been trying to be strong and also doing the fasting as a sign that I can be strong and disciplined for the Lord but I thank God for letting me know that this is where you fall apart, tell God your story, tell Him about your mountain and the things you’ve struggled with for years and I already feel His hand moving towards me because now I understand that I don’t have to be anything more than what I already am for God. I come to him humbled by being human and weak and fasting so He may give me strength and remind Him that I am completely dependent on Him. God is gracious to those who come to Him in truth and in Spirit.
I’m on day 10/11 I guess since it’s late, lol. I’m also on a 40 day fast and I just want to encourage you that this type of fast when done however god calls you to do it, is transformational but it’s also a process. I pray god speaks to your heart and shows up in a miraculous way and I can’t wait to hear the good news when you’re finished or even before then. just know when you surrender to god, he has full control to do some wild things in your favor. sending love and encouragement 🤍🤍🤍🤍

"This is a true woman of God!" I found myself saying this when she said, " I am not just here to declare to you that the mission is possible but I'm here to teach you..."
I've been quarreling with God about fasting since the month of February , and today when I heard the voice of God telling me to fast, I fought and started to deceive myself into believing that this is not the voice of God; stupid right! This is the second confirmation that God is really calling me into a fast today; and the first was in the sermon, "is it a faith problem." I've been quarreling because even if I fast for a couple of hours I lose a lot, in an abnormal way; but i'mma have to yield. May God teach me how to fast the right way for my health. 🙌

I had a horrible dream of my mother passing away before her birthday and woke up crying to her and in the dream god told me he sacrificed her for my dad. I felt helpless when I woken up and I took a shower and god told me fast for 3 days 3 times and he said he would save my mother because her birthday was in 3 days. Glory to god, Amen ❤️

Am also on a 21 day fast starting today 6 to 6 where I have just oats and wheats porridge and I pray for strength to go through because I haven't done a prolonged fast before.

I’ve never taken fasting serious but this word is the cue I need to actually get into fasting. I already feel the presence of God and I hear his words but most times I need a confirmation that it’s the right voice and it’s just not me tripping. With this word fasting holds the promise to reveal God, his works, words and voice to me in all its clarity. I’ve really gotten into my faith this year and it’s honestly given me a sense of purpose, thank you lord Jesus for using pastor Stephanie to reveal yourself to me ❤️🎉🎉😊😊

Liiissteenn!! I finally fasted for 14-days this year and I have heard God like never before. It was so amazing to finally feel his holy presence with me, not because I was in church but right there in my prayer closet. when i watch this sermon today its my last day of 6 days fasting.. I Iike the way you explain fasting.. Im 1 of those who fast every year, it can be twice in a year sometimes and some of the fasting i made i haven't recieve my breakthrough yet. I remember there would times i fast hoping for something but it will happen that i dont see the results & i would be like no more fasting for me, but i would find myself in another fasting again.. I used to ask myself this question, why other Christians don't fast or don't believe in fasting and yet when i see their life is progressing and i look at mine im always fasting but some other fasting i dnt see results but i got a clear understanding today about fasting.. I soo thank you for this sermon its a eye opener for me.. 🙌

oh from when you begin ,as you said Mission Possible i grabbed that word ,God works in amazing way because I'm yearning to know more on fasting as i have begin to fast every Wednesday do not eat anything 6am to 6pm. It becomes challenging so cant wait to hear how to overcome that.

This is the best explanation I have ever heard about fasting I've been in the church for over 25 years and I've never been convicted as I am at this moment.
