Wow so literally a few minutes before this sermon I was feeling uneasy about a certain friendship. Wondering why I feel obsequious. I couldn’t put my finger on it. And this message revealed exactly what it was. I’ve made a friend an idol. I’ve attached myself to a certain friend because of their new found status. I’m in a season of drought while they are in their season of prosperity. And I feel like I’ve attached myself to their efflorescence. I’m here wondering why I feel regretful about being vulnerable with this person about my struggles. I’ve unconsciously made myself feel less than, and put them on a pedestal. Thank you God for revealing this to me.
Update July 15th:
I had a very moving, intimate, and miraculous experience with God shortly after this. God revealed to me my worth. He showed me this whole situation is birthed out of insecurity 😭 This whole time I was walking with insecurities that I was completely unaware of. And things started to unravel. I don’t become worthy once I attain success. Or reach some sort of pinnacle/ hierarchy because of my secular achievements. I am worthy because God says I’m worthy. And that’s all that matters. My existence matters when I’m on the mountain top, and my existence matters when I’m in the valley.
Thank you for sharing.. I've had to look up a couple of the word you've use and I thank God for that lol. Continue to be blessed and I think you for your transparency.

Because I'm desiring marriage and it's like all the wrong men are coming my way, but after listening to the whole sermon I realized that the desire for marriage and other things have taken God's place in my life, they have become gods in my life. “Even in my mess the voice of God never left me.” This is literally a realization I had yesterday... how beautiful that God pursues us tirelessly he never gives up on us. When we surrender all he literally will begin changing you inside out all for His glory that we may represent Him in truth. That everything about our life will speak of His grace and how great He is.

Jesus. I can remember once when a friend was struggling. As she expressed herself Holy Spirit instructed us to pray. She was delivered. That same night. I felt two fingers obstruct my nostrils. In the realm I felt a strong force push away that “thing” with so much force force. I woke up gasping for air. Jesus!. I called Jesus Jesus. Later Holy Spirit clearly told me. That devil was mad because i had prayed with my friend and she was no longer under his torment. Hallelujah Jesus. Jesus you are my protector lord my everything. I have sense then learned new ways to pray over me and loved ones before bed. Hallelujah Jesus 🙌🏽🙌🏽

I asked God for understanding on why sometimes people fall in a spiral and he showed me how the enemy can take control of your body and actions after giving up your will to keep going (as it's will of God) . That simple switch can Havoc anyone's life in destruction, death and agony. Don't give up. God has something great waiting for you. Either a lesson or a blessing either or if it comes from God it's worth the wait. His purpose brings us to joy and peace.
I'm currently struggling to let go off a relationship I know isn't meant to be. I watched this message and started it over again right after watching 5keys to identifying your soul mate. I pray God's grace helps me let go and find peace.

I really appreciate this generation of pastors' transparency about the places where they have fallen. Her speaking about partaking in pornography is honestly so much easier to relate to and feel more connected instead of judged for because it used to urk me how in the church some years back people used to act like these things weren't really happening or just for the heathens ❤. It makes it so much easier to come into vulnerability with community when there is leadership like this 🙌
This has really spoken to my heart, I have realized we crave what we never had and for me the idol has been marriage,I have longed for so long to be married that I put up with wrong rships just to fulfill my desire. And now listening to this I am sure this message was meant for me . Thank you God for your word
Praise God for this woman of God, who is bringing the subject of relationships to the fore front of the spiritual walk in life . I feel that this subject is not addressed in the way that it should be, or as often as it should be . People should be held accountable for their actions in a relationship, when they claim to have a relationship with the Lord . The word of God clearly states how we are to love God , and also how we should treat , and love one another . And so , if people would take God for his word and put it to practice in their lives all of the dumb pettiness of human ways and actions would disappear, peace & love will abound, and an abundance of joy & power , and a sound mind would create the type of environment we all are craving spiritually . Until this takes place, we will continue to see relationships suffer, because you cannot see or address what you refuse to study to the fullest .

I experienced something similar and a pastor informed me to marry a particular woman whom I replied, that that voice is not of God Almighty. And I turned down the marriage to the person a narcissist that abused me severely and God honoured me and, I am a chosen one today.
It is so refreshing to hear her speak about these topics- especially divination because it’s rarely spoken of in church. I love how she allows the Holy Spirit to use her and she does not quench Him!

@Terrill Elliott it directly say he women don't teach and a prophets is not necessarily a teacher or pastor. And Yahuah never changes so he means women have a place and it's not to lead men. This was an on time word! I literally only listened to this message 20 minutes at first on Tuesday. I stopped and reflected on my own situation and had to realize my own deception in my relationship. I asked the Holy Spirit to help me in my weakness and His grace literally showed up for me to finally follow through and expose and defeat this deception I had. I revisited this same message after overcoming that deception and thought the same thing Pastor Stephanie Ike had said “what was I thinking?” This was true confirmation for me. God reveals to redeem! May we continue in the faith and trust God with all our hearts, having discernment and putting whatever He says in action.
The trap of the enemy is being broken off of me. The Holy Spirit is upon us and setting us free.. I am a lover of truth, a lover of Jesus and I will not fall trap of the enemy. I thank you Lord for raising me up from bondage, defeat and torment. I am FREE, you are FREE. In Jesus. Thy will will be done. ❤

This all started for me in my childhood. The enemy has tried to destroy me, but for some reason Jesus keeps in saving my breath. I am old new, and gray haired. I have fallen so many times, in my own weakness and sin, and to deception and sin in others. I have learned I can make idols out of many things, my children, my grandchildren, my husband(s), my parents, and on and on and on. I believe we are in the days He is shaking us, ALL of us, and every thing. He is shaking us loose from each other, many of us, and drawing us close to Himself. Maybe this is for me?? Because at this point I need Him, so badly, and HE is the only One who could possibly help me.
Yes!!! When I pray for someone I love deeply, yes!!! The heart is deceitful!!! Who can trust it??? I almost don't want to pray unless it is in tongues.
