1. Sit on toilet early morning (target time)
2. Eat nutritiously (fibre, fruits, veggies)
3. Drink plenty of water whole day
4. Fibre supplements every day
5. Warm (±lemon) water after waking up
6. Regular exercise

Tip: IF POSSIBLE, wake up 1-2 hours earlier than you usually do, so that your whole bodily awake functions start kicking in earlier.

Great guide. I train myself to poop every morning. At times when I couldn’t I get so irritated . Every single day I poop. This is the most important part of your daily routine to live healthy.
I usually poop around 11 AM. Worst of times, as its either office or school time 🤦🏻♂️. I usually hold it till i reach home. Its so uncomfortable. I need to regulate it early morning.

No lemon! It constipates! I recommend a lot of hot water after you wake up and if you tolerate it coffee! Also decaf coffee has the same effect because it doesn’t depend on caffeine! Laying on your stomach and also eating something will help! Other things are ginger (use it regularly in your system and I swear you’ll wanna stop cause you’ll poop too much!) and any kind of fat! People think mosto y about fiber when it comes to poop, and is true about “making” the poop, but for the sensation to go, the real trick are fats!!! Try the ones that work for you, EVOO, avocado, nuts, coconut and so on!!!
I don't know it's weird... I wake up... I wait a few minutes and I literally can't hold it in.... Like my body goes every morning after I wake up. I normally go twice in the morning... if I don't go a second time before my shower I freak out.... lol

Why can’t I eliminate all at once in the morning? I poop and all is good. But then I have to go again once or twice more. Would squatting or using a footstool to elevate my feet help? Thank you 😊

I know people who don't eat healthy foods on a regular basis, that do not drink lots of water, or eat fibre, and yet they can empty their bowels every morning with ease and that's why they stay cool and calm the rest of the day. They might walk 4 - 5 times a week but if they don't, they still go to the toilet every morning... So...
So what do you do if you sit in the toilet at the same time everyday and you dont go after 20mins? Do you then not try again until the same time next day?

I poop like 3 to 4 times in the morning. Then have to drive 50 miles to LA and halfway into the drive feel the urge. Life is hard. I eat really healthy too. Help me peeps!

That water definitely got me bent I drink it every 5 minutes believe it or not and I chew ice being that I don't have a work schedule it's feasible for me not for everybody but for me my children however I'm worried not going to lie...
Can I train to go a specific time of day? My problem is not constipation but I don't want to go in the morning. I want to go at night before bed.
How long is the period between your poop time and last meal. You may need to adjust that.

I am able to write down here more than 70 (!) videos of CZcams recommending to take daily 1 tablespoon (= 15 ml) castor oil early in the morning on an empty stomach, this especially of India and the surrounding countries, this not only to cleanse the bowels but the liver too and so to strengthen the immune system.

It’s mainly about diet. I don’t poop except for maybe twice a week. Yet I exercise more than 99% of the population. The workouts I used to do would literally kill anybody out of shape. Yet I still couldn’t poop. You have to figure out what works for you.
