Jim trying his hardest to get sol to say its just because he’s black
Yeppppp, he’s a stinker
The mainstream media race baiting??? That’s not like them
@@stevenolove Jim White is a leach, sooner he retires the better.
FACTS
I literally got that impression straight away about Jim white.. he's a snowflake lefty.
I like sol Campbell but i have an inkling that he's only on here to advertise himself as a non-white, trying to be a manager. And hoping to get a leg-up for that reason .
Simon is sat there thinking ‘I’d never employ this pleb’
hahahahahahahaha spot on mate
Jim tryin his best to get sol to say it’s Cos he’s black he doesn’t get a top job in management ....... embarrassing from jim white tbh👍🏼
That's the wokery of the far left media these days. Jim white is one of the worst at it.
12:25 why are you smiling like a creep Jim?!
On the other hand, sol is trying his hardest not to say it’s because he is black! He has done many times before...sol Campbell comes across really poorly! Sounds weak, very poor talker! Bangs on about “first job” but has had two management roles already!
Facts, this was actually embarrassing
He doesn't have to say it we all know it. Joey Barton is more likely to get a job over him.
Respect to Campbell for not even alluding to race being the reason he isn't a manager. The reason is he's crap. Plain and simple
Levy threw his application in the bin while pissing himself 😂😂😂😂
“How many jobs have you applied for? “
“14, 15?”
Aww poor Sol. Welcome to the real world mate. Honestly can’t believe this interview
Don't work for anyone but you and your family. We are all under attack.

Sol Campbell one of the weirdest guys in football. He’s just odd. One of the best center backs I’ve seen though 👏🏻
Same here as a spurs fan , he was the best I've seen at spurs but is one of the oddest blokes ever
He has the worst communication skills I ever witnessed
No one should be given a job because of their name. If sol was good enough believe me he’d be given a job.

True like Frank Lampard did.
He has had two managerial jobs at the bottom so has learned his trade
@Jamie McCarthy ye but he has the ultimate trump card , the race card
Simon always keeps it real.
Jim White really wanted Sol to say it’s because of his race.
Jim takes the knee every morning before he goes to work
As a Southend fan. He doesn't deserve a job as a manager. He even called us Southampton in an interview. Didn't even get the name of the club he managed correct. And was the worst manager in the club's history. Stop begging and crying. That's what's stopping people wanting to give u a job. Pathetic.

I’m an Arsenal fan but to be honest having listened to Sol here, if he comes into an interview for a management job in the same way he has come into this media interview I’m not surprised he’s not been picked up. He definitely didn’t sell himself to me. Having said that, I wish him all the best, I always remember his strength of character when he played against The Spuds wearing an Arsenal shirt.......... Sell yourself Sol, don’t wait for someone to give you a chance........ GOYG
He seems quite soft even though we know he's hard as nails he just doesn't seem very astute
how could you... he's not given a chance because he's black we all saw that...... like the chat with Simon and Palmer it literally made me wanna shout at the PC and say there should be more women in Premiership coaching or asian or native american... please get off it, if there is a black coach doing miracles in Zimbawe (random examples 'wokies') he will be chartered for a high end job. Its all about numbers people! in a nation with only 9% black people how can you expect / declare there should be more black managers in the Premiership... the world is nuts... It's like me going to Congo and start shouting there should be more white people in management roles! oh my god you cant say that! Just did...

Nice to see Sol didn't play the race card, despite Jim's best efforts to get him to do so.
What's a ''race card?''
The longer an ex-player takes to become involved in coaching and management the more difficult it becomes. Sol’s best chance would have been, say at Championship level, with an experienced coaching team within a year or two of the end of his career - like Lampard, Gerrard and Rooney.
The names you mentioned were given those jobs because they are white if they were black they would not have been given a sniff.

Sol Campbell managed my club, Southend United for 23 games. He won 4. We played the worst football we have ever played and he saw us relegated out of the league. Literally there was 0 positives about his management. We weren't exactly on the up before he joined but we weren't leaving the league. Surprised by the criticism Sol attracts.... not many players of his ilk have been bothered with low ranking sides but he took two positions where he was on a hiding to nothing and I think showed great courage to do so....I wish the race nonsense was removed all together because it's not race but fair play to Sol ....he is not making it about race.....I hope he gets a chance because I think he has got a lot to offer.... good luck buddy...
Look at Sols face when Simon is talking you can see it in his eyes what he think Simon is saying but, that's not what he is saying GROW UP SOL
Definitely still being held back because he was the first one to speak out about mental health. 100%
Jim White & Sol Campbell need a lift to Scotland
He’s clueless as a manger. Wouldn’t want him anywhere near Spurs
He's a spurs legend
@@robd3469
Great player but no, no definitely NOT A legend.
I think it would cause a riot if he was employed by Spurs.
Perhaps he's a perfect fit for that very reason
@@kb9072 why? Because he went to Arsenal? Spurs had a "legends" game against Inter Milan a couple of years back and they had the likes of Stephen Carr and Darren Anderton on the pitch..I mean come on
GIVE THE MAN A CHANCE YOU NEVER KNOW COULD BE RIGHT FIT SOMEWERE
He left Notts county in dire straits and got Southend relegated fantastic manager is sol
If he's only had two interviews does that mean he got both jobs, Southend and Macclesfield?? He always comes across as arrogant but I do agree that some players get a leg up, ie Gerrard, Lampard, Rooney all got 2nd tier jobs without any experience.
That happens everywhere though not just football. How many average Joe's become CEOs in corporations? How many average Joe's become top at anything.
No one should be given a job because of their name. If sol was good enough believe me he’d be given a job.
It’s nothing to do with race.
Jim welcome to the real world, people apply for hundreds of jobs and don’t get call backs or emails back let alone an interview.
@@IWTBF let's be real though there are managers who get jobs based on their name. I don't think thats a bad thing. Gerrard for example, isn't exactly a random footballer. He's captained Liverpool, captained England. Hes clearly a leader. Just his presence in the dressing room players respect that. Im not saying Sol wasn't a leader but he doesn't have the same reputation Gerrard has at both national and worldwide level. Some clubs approach managers without them having to apply. It happens. Look at Spurs and Madrid.
@@accbcb lol what about Rooney and Lampard
@@IWTBF as above. Based on reputation within the game. Lampard has won it all and been around the best again he appears to a leader like Gerrard. Rooney also won it all. Not sure you got my point. Reputation means alot in football. Lampard didn't exactly start off at a top club either did he? Derby. Then got his chance at Chelsea. Rooney's been put in charge as he was a player and probably best suited. Who knows of he'll remain there.
Plus sol retired over 10 years ago so I don't know what he's been doing in that time. There also has to be jobs available. Sol did have managerial positions but it didn't work out.
Jesus, Sol has just driven his own nail into his own coffin, I wouldn't let him run my bath let alone run a club.
You would be missing an enormous opportunity, he will prove you wrong 100%
Funny 😄
@@samsurf5967 didn’t age well
Simon Jordan says it how it is top man
I keep glimpsing at Simon when he is drinking always thinking at first he's sipping an extraavagant cocktail with a Pink Umbrella in it.
Old sol still moaning comes across like he’s just out of school
chris powell will get a job in a PL club before sol
2 interviews in 14 applications I'll be honest I've had 1 interview in 25-50 applications when I've had little to no experience in that role
I would be delighted with a hitrate of 1 interview per 7 applications in my field.
