Nice vid, but should be renamed to something like ‘PAL games not released in the USA’ as its not a full PAL list and its not a PAL exclusive list…
The PS1 games is pinnacle of video games saga. I wish the graphic are digitally remastered
I’m surprised by the lack of football games. Only like 300 on the list.
Still half as many as the sliding tile games with the wet farts. They were painful to get through tbh.

This video has everything that makes European games so unique and strange to me. It has: Odd budget Japanese games given an English release but only for Europe, football, football but manager mode, comic characters I rarely see in the States, usually of Belgium or French origin, and a love for whimsical forest creature type beat characters, like gnomes and trolls. Especially if they got some fairy tale secret going on. For example, Blimbo is a goofy forest troll with buck teeth and big eyes and he'll invite you for a cup of tea but he is known for stealing genitals of people who do not pay their taxes.

Being a European gamer myself it's interesting to see the PAL region games that the other side of the world never got to see.

I loled when I saw they released good old Archer MacLean's Pool known from the Amiga as 3D Pool without any enhancements. Don't get me wrong. The game is a classic and really good simulation, but they could at least give it some textures.
Almost 400 PAL exclusives (i.e., no U.S. release, but possibly also in Japan)? Cool.
I've noted down some to grab later. Moreover, there sure were A LOT of soccer games, damn.

Yeah, but it annoyed me that they were releasing older games from the Amiga and it was mostly one game on a CD. With that capacity they could release all James Pond related games on one CD. They could release like a collection of all the classic games from one developer like Team 17 one one disc. Imagine having whole collection of Amiga pinball games on one CD. These were fantastic games worth playing On PlayStation. Releasing one small title that took like 1, 2 or 3 floppies on a CD can be called an early example of shovelware.
@@mattx5499 I agree. There were some weird retro games that we didn’t care. However retro games in modern consoles ( switch or ps5) are much more appealing for us nowadays ( like panzer dragoon on the switch)
The Europeans have Futbol and Tennis games and the Japanese have Mahjong.

Quite a few missing. im looking at a dozen games right now that i have and none of them are on the list
44:34 rapid reload seems like fun. Shame playstation classics for ps plus premium don't really have much to stay interested in let alone a buy option.

I'm pretty confused right now! Fullset Videos helps me to track down unknown games for me, as I'm writing everything down, but I'm pretty lost, because some games don't appear in the List. I'm at F and I was wondering where Alundra, Breath of Fire V, Destruction Derby 1 & 2, D and all the FF game did leave? They don't appear on the List, but got a release here in Europe...

Beside a few unique games, like Live Wire, Vib Ribbon and Catan, it seems like America haven't lost much, compared to all the games left in Japan. Nobody wants all these endless soccer games, while Z, Transport Tycoon and XCOM are better played on PC.

is this list incomplete, or are there really not so many games released in the US? I'm not talking about Japanese games, but to give for example: Legend, Libero Grande 1 and 2, KKND, Bishi Bashi Special and so on
