Don't feel like i can be mentally exhausted qnd physically exhausted at once.
This video is definitely a motivator 💪
Don't think you can't man. Once you get a schedule in it's smooth sailing from there. Just a little bit at a time my dude.
Carlos all too true. It's way too easy to fall down, it happens to everyone. But the resilience it takes to continue getting back up and pushing through everything, THAT'S what makes you strong.
Sorry for your loss my brother
If you are able use it to fuel your fire, baby steps and be accountable to someone
Mate can we talk?
I am so sorry for your loss! I really hope you find the courage to face up to your challenges! You are not alone! I would love to see a video of your progress mate! Stay strong! 💪

The chances of anyone caring or reading this are slim however I want to share my own experience with depression and the whole mental health issues.
Dropped out of school due to depression, anxiety the whole shabam, I'm now 22 and I've managed to work my way into university starting this year shame about covid. Never thought id achieve anything in life, living with anxiety, depression major stress, Asperger's. my life has been hell trapped in a world where I don't socialise because I'm still afraid to interact with people, constantly saying I'm not good at this or I cant do that, yet here I am heading off to university. finally starting my life, some people would ask why go to uni at 22, its because I didn't know what to do with myself. when I was 19/20 I was in training for the royal marines however due to ongoing feet issues and a knee operation to stop my knee popping out I lost my dream. now I'm searching for a new dream one where I can help people, animals and the world. even us 'misfits' can make something of our selves if we wish. So don't wait for the rain to pass learn to dance in it and continue, life is to short to stand still.
You got this mate! Best of luck to you!
Hope you stay strong friend.
Good luck mate! You can achieve anything you put your mind to!
You’re not a misfit, keep up the good work. YOU got this!!!
you should be so proud my dude, have an amazing time at university, grow into the person you were born to be!

He’s about the size of geordies ankle
Why is everyone talking about that is there a video on it?

Usually the case in my experience. The lads who could snap you like a twig don't tend to feel the need to prove anything. It's those with 'small man syndrome' you've gotta watch out for.
Spot on mate
@@antonyevans9772 really really late but, could you possibly elaborate?
@@aussiecowboah8825 sure, I mean it's only my experience, but 90% of the people I see out in town trying to start fights are small guys trying to prove their masculinity. Big blokes are usually far more chill, don't start trouble and don't feel a need to show how 'tough' they are. Worked on the doors for a while and this was my experience.

Honestly one of the most inspiring, realest people on the platform. Production value is next level as well. I play for an NCAA football team in the US, and I’m always looking to be motivated, and seeing this so far has definitely gotten me motivated. I’m documenting my journey in college and trying to inspire people as well. The honestly you show and the pure emotion you put in to these types of videos is unreal. Keep it up man

Your pressing strength is absolutely insane! Repping 170 kgs on a bench without training consistently is insane, I saw your first lifting video where you were repping 400lbs on bench and always wondered why you didnt get serious about that, insane amounts of potential!
Well now we know why
Honestly man I absolutely love you and everything you stand for. Regardlessof where were at or what the specifics are behind what we want, you are so relatable and its inspiring to see just how much this means to you. Keep at it, I like many more will be right with you watching and taking the inspiration into our own battles and just keep taking each day as it comes until we get where we want to be. Mad respect man 👏🏽
Great effort Brian! Watching you dig your way through the boxing and slowly starting to give yourself credit is genuinely moving. I started running last year and it hurt just doing 3 miles...I ran my first marathon last week! As long as you have a plan in place to achieve your goals and you stick to it, you’ll start to convince yourself you CAN get better and do things you put your mind to. You’re an inspiration and should be proud of yourself big man. Big ups for shedding light on your mental health too 👊🏻 keep going bro

I found this so incredibly inspirational. I've been a fat fuck for years - had a rough motorbike accident back in 2016 and never bounced back from the weight I put on - I decided to do something about it when lockdown hit. I started at 109KG back in April, I'm now down to 88KG as of today with a lot more to go. Often there are days I struggle and think "what's the fucking point". This video reminded me what it's all about and that other people go through similar thing. Stress, anxieties, peer pressure etc. Thank you Brian. Happy to go on this journey with you mate.
Just wanted to say thank you to Brian for putting this out there and being so open with all your struggles. I just found myself identifying with a lot of the things that you said you were feeling and it really was an eye opener to the fact that I’m not ok right now and need to make some changes in my life. Been to the gym everyday since I saw the vid and getting help for my mental health as well. Thank you for being a massive inspiration to all of us.

This is probably one of the most motivational videos I have watched this year! I’ve started boxing about a month and a half ago and god damn I related so much to this video as I am also gifted with strength.
