    If you will add screencast keys and do the same thrice slower - it would be great tutor. But now it's very hard to watch it and repeat. Ty.

      Yes, so many useful Blender tutorials on YT 1 minute long, that takes me 30 min to watch over and over, pausing or single frame stepping to see what's actually being done.

      shift + A - Add
      Tab - switch between Object Mode and Edit Mode
      W -> Subdivide
      menu Select ‣ Checker Deselect
      B - Box select (with left mouse button select / with middle mouse button deselect)
      ctrl + shift + B - bevel vertices
      W -> loop tools (you should install addon loop tools in blender properties)
      F - Fill
      X - delete (in this case delete faces)
      Again B
      X - delete vertices
      add modifier "simple deform"
      A - select all (in edit mode)
      R - rotate (click x, y or z to choose axis + enter Numbers to choose angle in degrees)
