    | Ingredients (makes 2 servings) |
    [ ] Rolled Oats: 60 grams or ¾ cup
    [ ] Chia Seeds: 10 grams or 1 tbsp
    [ ] Mango (Puréed/Diced): 150-180 grams or based on preference
    [ ] Coconut Milk: 200 grams or ¾ cup + 1 tbsp
    [ ] Yoghurt: 30 grams or 2 tbsp
    [ ] Sugar Free Powder (Stevia)*: 1 tsp or to taste
    Toppings (optional)
    [ ] Mango pieces: as desired
    [ ] Coconut Powder (Dessicated Coconut): 1 tsp
    *Can instead use
    Honey (or Maple Syrup): 1-2 tsp / sugar: 1-2 tsp / Jaggery powder to taste / Liquid Stevia to taste
    Give the mixture a stir and then cover tightly and let it sit in the refrigerator from a minimum of 4 hours to a maximum of 24 hours.
