      Sure is... very key skills many adults dont have. I really think that elements of DBT implemented in school at least Core skill building starting at a young age would transform our society in such a positive way. Although those who fund early childhood EDU may not want a population they cant emotionally control.

      they mean "reasoning" mind, you can also call it, logical mind. "reasonable" sounds like a positive judgment, but it's just trying to describe the part of your mind which focuses on reasoning.
