For those outside the US, I had AI do the conversion.
An average banana is around 7-8 inches tall. An average adult giraffe is 14-18 feet tall.
To convert feet to inches, we multiply by 12. So, a 14-foot giraffe would be 14 x 12 = 168 inches tall.
    Therefore, a 14-foot giraffe would be roughly 168 inches / 7 inches/banana = 24 bananas tall!
For an 18-foot giraffe, it would be even taller at around 28-32 bananas tall (depending on the exact height and banana size).

Engineer here: increasing the helical angle also makes the teeth slide much moer ovewr eachother. the most efficient gears are straight spur gears (more than 99%). the higher the helical angle the less efficient you become until it resambles two screws (efficiency lerss than 30%). whith the high angle and also high module (determines the size of the teeth) you used you probably were much less efficient than a 2 step belt reduction, though obviously funnier looking ;)

Imagine a 3D printer on steroids, with a spinning mold and robotic arms depositing materials. Inside facing gear teeth on the wheel is a good idea. Until you get some mud/snow/road grit in the gear at least lol. If you could support the pinion on the other side with another bearing I think you'd get much cleaner data from it, looks like a lot of energy is being wasted deflecting the pinion which is also why it wants to break.

Although boring, you can just test how much current the motor can withstand without overheating, then with the kv value you have your torque.
    1/kv = torque
    1/(rad/s/V) = (Nm/A)
Doesn't quite apply at high rotor speeds where other things start to become a problem.

Now, please correct me if I'm wrong but when you show that the power chart would go off the chart, you mean the electrical power, right? Because the mechanical power would be almost zero at low rpm and high torque condition?
