A big thumbs up for the date & time setting fix. I've read dozens of 'help' pages including numerous Lenovo 'help' pages for my Tab 4 and not one of them suggested this. Excellent!👍
It’s 100% working.

Resetting the phone and \ or router is not a fix! It is just a temporary (solution?) and also hard to accept because it does not address the root of the problem and in extreme cases, you would have to do it every couple of minutes (resetting the router takes often a couple of minutes itself !) sometimes before it, you have to save all your work, etc. We need to know the permanent solution to the problem - the one that doesn't compromise the security \ anonymity of your connection and also the quick one (least distracting). So in fact all the advice you provided isn't solving that problem, especially since restarting the device and router is the last resort action - it's surely not the fix.
So what's the permanent solution?
@mrakshitverma
Now I found the quick and (semi)permanent solution. However, I am not motivated enough to implement it (it is a simple and boring task) moreover it's supposed to be the job for Android developers.
But here's a temporary not permanent fix that is easy and quick:
1. turn on the [Flight mode] for 1-3 seconds
2. turn off the [Flight mode]
and that's it! Because that's a problem that mostly happens once per 1-3 days, rarely 1-3 times in a half-hour - I am no longer looking for another solution to this particular issue, other than hopefully included in the next Android update - it would be very nice if Android could work flawlessly also in this case, because it's already working very smoothly in most of the aspects.
Do you still have the problem?@@RAF-777
I swear to God man I've tried everything to fix it still ain't working and those other comments seems fake
If turning on and off Flight Mode temporarily fixes the WiFi issue, it suggests that there might be an issue with the network settings or interference from other network features. Here are a few more steps to consider based on this observation:
### 1. **Reset Network Settings**
Resetting network settings can help clear any misconfigurations:
1. Go to **Settings** > **General management** > **Reset**.
2. Select **Reset network settings** and confirm.
3. Reconnect to your WiFi network.
### 2. **Check for Software Updates**
Ensure your device has the latest software updates:
1. Go to **Settings** > **Software update**.
2. Tap **Download and install** to check for and install updates.
### 3. **Disable Smart Network Switch**
Sometimes, the Smart Network Switch feature can cause connectivity issues:
1. Go to **Settings** > **Connections** > **WiFi**.
2. Tap the three dots in the upper right corner and select **Advanced**.
3. Disable **Switch to mobile data**.
### 4. **Safe Mode Test**
Boot your device into Safe Mode to check if a third-party app is causing the problem:
1. Press and hold the power button until the Power off menu appears.
2. Tap and hold **Power off** until the Safe Mode option appears.
3. Select **Safe Mode**.
4. Test the WiFi connection in Safe Mode. If it works fine, a recently installed app might be causing the issue.
### 5. **Static IP Configuration**
Sometimes configuring a static IP can help:
1. Go to **Settings** > **Connections** > **WiFi**.
2. Long press on your WiFi network and select **Manage network settings**.
3. Check the **Show advanced options** box.
4. Change the IP settings from **DHCP** to **Static**.
5. Enter the required IP details (you may need to get these details from your router).
### 6. **Router Settings**
Check your router settings to ensure there are no issues:
- **Frequency Band**: Ensure the router is set to 2.4 GHz (as this is more compatible with most devices) or try switching between 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz.
- **Change Channel**: Access your router settings and change the WiFi channel to avoid interference.
### 7. **Factory Reset**
As a last resort, perform a factory reset:
1. Go to **Settings** > **General management** > **Reset** > **Factory data reset**.
2. Backup your data before performing this step.
If these steps do not resolve the issue permanently, there might be a hardware problem with your device. In that case, consider visiting a service center for a professional diagnosis and repair.@@RAF-777

Very very thanks broo❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
Thank you so much sir
Here's a temporary (not permanent fix - you have a repeat it every time yor Android loosing connection to the internet) but it is easy and quick enough to be used in case of the occasional lost off the internet connection:
1. turn on the [Flight mode] for 1-3 seconds
2. turn off the [Flight mode]
(Providing that you have a date and time set up correctly, on the android phone you can easily get time and date taken from your mobile network provider and set it automatically to your Android system). Because this 'trick' it's easy and quick enough - comparing to the resetting whole system -I am no longer looking for another solution to this particular issue, other than hopefully included in the next Android update - it would be very nice if Android could work flawlessly also in this case (currently Android working mostly working without any hiccups)
