wow it works! just the date and time. im freaking out because i updated my moms phone then suddenly the wifi is not working anymore if she finds out what i did she will be mad. thankful to see this video. thanks!!!

My phone was working great one minute and not the next. Great signals. Talking and texting fine. But no wifi connection. Checked all the settings. Even cleared them and reset them. Finally, I did the "Forget the Network". Turned phone OFF and then back ON. It found the network again, entered the code and IT WAS FIXED!!! Thanks.

I was so sad i thought my phone was broken.
Then i watched this video and i immediatley fixed the problem.
The probem was the date and time on the phone were incorrect.
Now my phone is working properly again.

It will work -simply take a hammer ,break yr phone, and purchase a new one . (I think I will have to do it - because , I am afraid of something ).

Unplugging the modem worked for me. Strange cuz the TV and my other phone was connected so I didn't think it was the modem. Respect.
Yeh can be easily missed, rule nothing out in troubleshooting.
I reset all my network settings and it worked.Really grateful for this video🙌

Time and Date!!! Who'd a thunk it??!! Both automatic/internet and manual somehow got switched to ON......have no idea...maybe from loading or installing new Apps. Anyways, it's working fine now ...TY VERY MUCH!

my issue is everything is fine and working but the issue on mine is when i connect to the wifi it automatically disconnect itself then reconnect again then disconnect then you need to manually connect again and inn a few seconds its gone do you have any solution for this? and btw after it says disconnect it says couldnt authenticate connection do you have any solutions?

Didnt work... And also i have an parent safe thing in setting so ik cant mess with everything so that factory thing, i couldnt do it and also. If i click to the wifi it will connect and disconnect and then it will say "cant connect with wifi verifying" not sure if i said that correct bc i have an dutch setting.. HelpA
