Love your cooking, but the only thing I do differently is burn the curry in the oil with garlic and thyme, then add the chicken.
I do my different as well. I add my oil to the pot to get heated and them mix curry powder with water and then add to oil. Then after add my chicken

By far the best chef. I was gonna do curried drumsticks, but your methods are the best, I know you would cook the drumsticks in a different way to breast chicken but I will follow this style of cooking and see how it turns out

That's what I made tonight. Your recipe was delicious! I try to use one of your recipes every night of the week. On Friday I plan to do your Curry King Fish. The recipe is from 2017, do you have an updated recipes? Also, for Sunday, I am planning Cow foot, but that recipe is also three years ago. When I finish doing all that cooking, I think going to change my profession from Nurse to chef😳. Great recipes!
