Mine last 3 weeks always with no issues. I use beetles nail gel glue and beetles builder gel and top coat with curing on all ofcourse. I love these nails so much! I'll probably never go back to the salon ! lol

Your vid is the first one I’ve seen that shows how to remove these nails. I’ve been thinking about trying gel-x for quite some time now, after watching how difficult they’re to remove, forget it.

I honestly don’t blame you 😂 I’m guessing it takes so long because there’s 3 layers on the nail already then I added rhinestone glue and top coat so soak off time doubles compared to how long my usual soak off takes. I haven’t seen any videos either on how to remove them only application but glad I could help give you some insight. Thanks for tuning in 💜

They are not difficult to remove. I use 100% onyx acetone clear bottle. I file off ALL my dip powder until I get to the nail. I do the rice baggie method they literally melt off in under 15 minutes

These are not the gel-x but the BTartboxnails. Not sure why so much filing was done as the box states soak off. Just soak them in pure acetone for about 15 min sit bowl of acetone in hot water to warm the acetone while soaking and use a scraper to remove the nail/adhesive once it breaks down after soaking it’s that simple. Still your preference and its not for everyone but def doesn’t take a lot when you allow the acetone to do the work.

@laurieb1127 what is the rice baggie method?

These nails are extremely difficult to take off. It’s not simple. I use hot water and 100% acetone

I wear btartbox full cover nails with dip powder over them and they melt off within 15 minutes.
Are you using onyx brand 100% acetone clear bottle?
I file off ALL my dip powder, until I get to the nails, and I do the rice baggie method. I use the btartbox glue in the tube over cured gel base. The nails melt off in 1 piece looking like saran wrap.

I use the onyx brand acetone. This was my first time ever using full cover nails with a design so just experimenting. Never even heard of the rice baggie method. I’m interested so about to go look that up. Have to try it with dip powder too.

What gel base do you use?

Seems like you were struggling with some hard gel. I'll wait to see how it's goes with the other option you use to apply these. What brand dust collector do you have?

I’m going to try it with the gel glue I usually use and see how that goes. If not then regular kds glue it is.
Nail duster came from Makartt but I think they have newer models now
